To Paladin,You're correct that Hebrews 1 says that Christ obtained the name “begtten Son” by inheritance. I meant to bring in Philippians 2 with that where Paul said that God exalted Jesus and gave Him a name that is above every name as a reward for His obedience. This is why I said that Jesus EARNED the name “begotten Son”.thinker
