My view is that the 'super-power' status they currently hold is temporary.

I like that;but you must also understand this.
That the christian world is ephraim /manaseh,and the God fearing true christians is Judah.Eprhaim back then was a mixed nation,and so is ephraim today.
Regarding the 2 winesses. the ones he mantioned,they were not Gods 2 witnesses,but of ephraim.I am familiar with Isiah 9.

Rezin=Assyria.

Judah; they are the true believers.they will persecute us.

In 2018 he will take Jerusalem,because a secret deal has been made; an agreement with death.
The 2witnesses will preach to israel for the last time.

EDJ.How did you come to that conclusion?
The 10 horned beast is the christian so called world,the mixed nations. Ephraim/manaseh.Judah is the true believers,th God fearing,the true followers.
