Of course I know the Italic words are added!
Hence the reason for my previous post.
The added italic words were correctly positioned and are confirmed according to the corresponding scriptures which completes the sentence not in Italics.

This shows us that the king james translators were guided to complete the verses exactly as they were, with the inserts. Even honest enough to use the italic type to show they inserted.
All scripture is inspired by God.  We have to believe this.  His written word is preserved, exactly the way he delivered it, and with the archaic words.  There is no need to use modern translations to interpret them, but that's another subject.

Most of the other versions do not use italics.
Especially the “I am Christ”  They leave the word Christ out,
and one version says “I am that Messiah”.
I know the word Christ means annointed one, Messiah,
and the Jews knew they were waiting on their Messiah,
so they know the meaning in their faith, and language
but when translated for the gentiles,
I believe God is more specific in choosing the word “Christ” for us.
For most religions are waiting on their Messiah.  The word Messiah is not specific, but general.  
But the name Christ is specific, but because we know exactly who he is, and that he is the Son of God.
This is why they called Christ a blasphemer, because he claimed this truth.

They are taking the name of Christ away.  That precious name that we believe on.  Even the Muslems take our scripture here and there and pertain it to them for the words are being generalised, watered down.

We need to understand Christ's speech.
He is not saying that there are many saying that “they” are Christ,
He is saying that many are saying “he” is Christ.
So they have entered the church claiming Christ's name and pretending to be followers of Christ, but they are wolves.
How else would they get into the churches?
