In short, the phrase “at hand” (or “near”, as the Greek word really means), is a VAGUE statement.  To God, the word “near” might mean a million earth years from now.

The kindom of God has come to them as soon as they have died. Two thousand years, is TODAY for the the dead.
His/thief last day of his life,is the day he will see paradise,
then the gospel preached to him.

The dead have no perception of time.
There is no clock nor calender in the grave.

Therefore: The kjv has the comma in the right place.
I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.

What Peter was saying is that a thousand years is **AS** one day to God. He did not say: one thousand years **IS** one day to God. What is time to God?

4.The gentiles outside paradise will accept the teachings of
the Jews: of which the resurrected saints have taught

5.The kingdom of God is given to the resurrected saints.
Not yet to the jews,and gentiles.
Untill the second resurrection.
6. Paradise is the thousand year REST,for the jews.
7.Christ and HIS saints will rule over their flesh brethren.
This is their kingdom.This is Christ's kingdom,untill God
