Hi Ed,
(1)Your way or the highway?
(2)Your bullying ways are offensive to people here.
Hi Nick,
1) For me asking y/n based questions is merely a tool that helps to define
others doctrinal beliefs, and that way the discussion can be focused. How is the discussion focused you might ask? Simple, when someones doctrinal beliefs
are clearly defined: we then can compare them to what Scripture actually says.2) “blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me” (Luke 7:23)
“He therefore that despiseth, despiseth not man, but God, who
hath also given unto us his Holy Spirit.” (1Thess.4:8)_______________

Merely a tool to help you define?
It is not about you and you opinions Ed,
Jesus Christ said of John that he was more than a prophet.
And John said of Jesus that he was not fit to untie the thong of his sandals.
The greatness of Jesus Christ was that he was given the fullness of the Spirit as John testifies.
Give the glory to God for His marvellous works among men and do not follow ignorant man in making Jesus a divine being.

Yes Nick,
Asking y/n questions is a tool to help define others opinions to be used in discussions with me.

If Jesus said this about John…
“Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist” (Luke 7:28)And John said this about Jesus…
“he that cometh after me is mightier than I”
.
Would it not stand to reason that Jesus is greater that all the inhabitants of the world (a ref to Psalms 49:1-8)? y/n
(remember “I don’t know” is also an acceptable answer)Hi Ed,

Hi Nick,
Great, but i did not ask:
Was the greatness of Jesus Christ that he was given the fullness of the Spirit as John testifies?I instead ASKED:
Would it not stand to reason that Jesus is greater that all the inhabitants of the world (a ref to Psalms 49:1-8)? y/n
(remember “I don’t know” is also an acceptable answer)Now please answer the question I asked instead of inventing your own question to answer, OK?

Hi Ed,
I do not respond to questions about the opinions of others.
Hi Nick,
You would be forced to if I put you on the “Hot-Seat”. But
I believe I can persuade you to give your opinion instead. (:_______________

While you love to try to intimidate I would ask the forum if it is right to insist on answers to questions based on your personal opinions.
If so I am happy to leave you in your darkness.

Hi Nick,
1) When YOU communicate with others it requires YOU to give YOUR personal opinions.

If it was all about you we should be compelled to discuss your personal opinions.
But you are not that important are you?

Hi Nick,
1) Outside of me, what is important is a right relationship with YHVH.
2) As witness between us that YHVH is God,
my view presents others a better understanding of God._______________

Ed JApril 3, 2016 at 6:23 am#811244NickHassanParticipantHi Ed,
Really?
Salvation is knowing God.
But you think understanding Him is the goal?
April 12, 2016 at 6:27 am#811650kerwinParticipantAndrewAD,
It is a warning, not a threat, and all Christians are to watch themselves that they not sin.
April 12, 2016 at 7:01 am#811653NickHassanParticipantHi Ed,
“my view presents others with a better view of God”
So you say but bringing others into His family is the appointed task.

Hi Nick,
Please quote me correctly – you don’t have to be me to get a better understanding of God
It is those same ‘brain filters’ that are keeping you from getting a better understanding of God.

If you want to understand God you are interested in chasing the wind.
Knowing Him and being known by Him are far more valuable.

Hi Nick,
“In the light of the king’s countenance is life; and his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain.
How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!” (Prov 16:15-16)_______________

Yes my quote was a little inaccurate sorry.
Understanding is a blessing but faith is a gift.

let see if Jesus existed before coming to the earth ,for scriptures says he is the first creation of God his father ,
why would someone come up with a rebor idea ? beats me ; WOULD THIS ALSO MEAN IF i BEING BORN IN iTALY AND TRAVELING TO THE USA. WOULD THIS MAKE ME TO BE REBORN ?OF CAUSE NOT ;
well then why would Christ have to be reborn if he come from heaven and was sent to us to do a job ,and took the cover of the residents of the area ,(local appearance )
then when finished went back to where he came from ;THIS IS WHAT THE SCRIPTURES AND jESUS IS SAYING BUT YOU DON’T WANT TO HEAR IT WHY ?BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH ?
April 14, 2016 at 1:29 pm#811787NickHassanParticipantHi Terra,
Do you hear the voice of the Spirit in the words of Jesus?
Many do not and think he is speaking of himself.
