I’m confused with your post. Are you saying Jesus has already come, but another will come and people will follow him. He will be the Antichrist.
If Jesus has already come (again) then why is the world the way it was before he supposedly came?
No, I do not believe that Jesus has already come.
The second advent will be The Day of the Lord spoken of in 2nd Peter 3 and Malachi 4.1.
I believe as the Eastern Orthodox, Lutheran and perhaps Adventists believe, so it’s nothing unusual.
However, trending now is that Jesus will stand on the Mt of Olives, and rule the world from earthly Jerusalem for a set amount of time.
That will not be him, it will be the deceiver who will imitate Christ’s second advent almost, but not exactly.
Jesus stood on the Mt of Olives (many times) with the first coming, and has authority over heaven and earth ruling from heavenly Jerusalem, (Matthew 28.18, John 3.35).
At the second advent he will not set foot on this planet. There will be nothing left (at his presence), except for the elect, and they will be gathered by the angels, (Matthew 24.31).
Any other situation will be the imitator of Christ who will deceive the world as scripture says, even the elect, (if it were possible). Speculatively, the deceiver will save the world from the tyrant of WW3, and be so convincing, and will fill the world with so much peace, happiness and well being, it will be unimaginable. So, even those who know the sign of the true coming, (2nd Peter 3), could be tempted and deceived, but I do not believe they will be, because they know beforehand, (Matthew 24.26). Jesus will come at a time is least expected, see?

Rabbi Moshe Shturnbuch, a respected rabbi in the Orthodox Jewish community, is the holder of the newly revealed information. Descended from a long line of prestigious rabbis, Rabbi Shturnbuch is the great grandson of Rabbi Elijah of Vilna (also known as the Vilna Gaon), a Jewish scholar from the 18th century who is well known for his contributions in understanding the Messianic process.
The announcement of the Messianic revelation, originally publicized by Rabbi Lazer Brody, raised many eyebrows. Said shortly before his death, the Vilna Gaon explained, “When you hear that the Russians have captured the city of Crimea, you should know that the times of the Messiah have started, that his steps are being heard. And when you hear that the Russians have reached the city of Constantinople [today’s Istanbul], you should put on your Shabbat clothes and don’t take them off, because it means that the Messiah is about to come any minute.”
In March 2014, the first part of the Vilna Gaon’s Messianic message came true when Russia annexed the internationally recognized Ukrainian territory of Crimea. The second part of the secret regarding Istanbul may come to fruition through the Iran nuclear deal.
Though relations between Iran and Turkey are generally considered to be friendly and productive, Turkey is a moderate Islamic state threatened by expanding Islamic extremism in the region. The recent nuclear deal between P5+1 powers and Iran may lead to conflict in the region, with Russia, a close ally of Iran, stepping in to fulfill the prophecy.
