This is true.
Satan always waits for the weakest time of men.
Jusus Was very hungry, this is when satan attacks. In the last days when no one can buy or sell without the mark
of the beast and the false prophet.
Many christians will go without food.
This is the test of our faith. He who saves his life shall loose it,and he who loses
his life for my sake shall find life.wakeup.

The saints with the Holy spirit will mainly be satan's target.
The rest are his already,he has no need to test them.
They will do according to the will of the flesh, and will go deeper into all sorts of temptations.
Meaning, they will be one with Babylon.wakeup.

Can you show me the scripture.
The Word became flesh does not say that.
You can find this teaching all throughout the first chapter of John's gospel…… but specifically 1:14.The Word didn't just become flesh, Nick. It became flesh AND dwelled on earth with the glory of God's only begotten Son.
And the ONLY one who ever dwelled on earth with the glory of God's only begotten Son is Jesus of Nazareth.
Ergo, the Word became the human being Jesus of Nazareth.

Kerwin,WHO speaks through Jesus in these latter days?
Mike,God speaks his word through Jesus. = God's word speaks through Jesus
No Kerwin. Those two things do NOT equal each other. Either “God” spoke through Jesus, or “God's Word” spoke through Jesus.
Which one of those is the scriptural truth?
March 6, 2014 at 1:27 am#373241NickHassanParticipantHi MB,
Jesus Christ dwelled among men.
Jesus of Nazareth was a man like us.His transformation by unity with the Spirit is our hope
We must follow himMarch 6, 2014 at 1:28 am#373242mikeboll64BlockedQuote (Nick Hassan @ Mar. 03 2014,20:42) Hi MB,
The spiritual man John saw the WORD when he saw Jesus Christ.[1jn 1]
He neatly provided the bridge to our understanding
Yes he did, Nick. Because not only did John tell us that the one they saw with their own eyes and touched with their own hands was “The Word” – he also told us that “The Word” is the one who rides the white horse in Revelation. He also told us that “The Word” is the one who became flesh and dwelled on earth with the glory of God's only begotten Son.
John did a lot of “bridge gapping”.
The easiest of his bridges to cross is in John 1:16-17. After spending 16 verses talking about someone he identified only as “the Word”, he uses verse 17 to bridge the gap for us, and identify this “Word” as none other than “Jesus Christ”.
March 6, 2014 at 1:34 am#373243NickHassanParticipantHi MB,
Yes he touched and heard the Word of God Jesus Christ.
Amazing how the Spirit of God can change an ordinary man.
The same happened with the fishermen and it still happens.
But trying to understand it all is like trying to catch the windMarch 6, 2014 at 1:35 am#373244mikeboll64BlockedQuote (Wakeup @ Mar. 03 2014,21:21) The name Jesus was only since he was born;
made flesh.Not before.
Before creation He was the Word of God.
God brought forth his Word and given Him a form like us.
I don't know of any scripture that says he wasn't named “Jesus” until he was born of Mary – but I agree with that part of your post, Wakeup. The being known in the beginning as “The Word” actually BECAME the flesh person known as “Jesus”.
It was one and the same being.
March 6, 2014 at 1:39 am#373245NickHassanParticipantHi MB,
SAY HE WASN'T?
Surely you need to find one that says he WASOnly the ANOINTED man is called Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit came down and rested on him at the Jordan

Or better yet………… who led Jesus to John in the first place – if not the Spirit? How did Jesus know it was necessary for John to baptize him – if he only had the Spirit after that baptism?

Nick,Where is it written that the regular old man Jesus of Nazareth was “transformed by unity with the Spirit”?
Because what I read is that the Word actually BECAME the flesh man Jesus of Nazareth.
March 6, 2014 at 1:44 am#373248NickHassanParticipantHi MB,
Are you thinking God was not with Jesus of Nazareth till the Jordan?
His Father was a good father and helped him grow up and with learning scripture.
He was led to the Jordan and then the Spirit filled that normal human vessel and took over his life.March 6, 2014 at 1:45 am#373249mikeboll64BlockedQuote (Nick Hassan @ Mar. 05 2014,18:34) Hi MB,

Your first line is correct and scriptural.I'm waiting to see the scripture that supports your claim that Jesus was an ordinary man who was later changed or transformed by the Spirit.

Now like Paul we should be able to say
“It is no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me”[gal]March 6, 2014 at 1:54 am#373251NickHassanParticipantHi MB,
The geneology of the MAN Jesus of Nazareth is well shown in scripture.“is this not the carpenter, the son of Mary…”Mk 6.3
The carpenter became a miracle worker full of wisdom and grace by his anointing of the Spirit- JESUS CHRIST
Still a man [Acts 2.22f] but with connections after the Jordan to before time - AuthorPosts
