Hi Georg,
Jn5 says that those in the first resurrection are not found in the crowd facing the Judgement after the second resurrection as they do not come under judgement having already passed from death to life. They have previously faced the tribunal of Christ[1 Cor] as seen in the parable of the talents also in Mt 25. Those facing that later white throne judgement are saved by their WORKS towards the brothers of Jesus as seen in Mt25.
They can only be saved by the mercy of God according to His Promises as they are not found saved in Jesus or they would have been raised in the first resurrection. That is why they show surprise when their ACTIONS towards Christ save them. Those who are not against us are for us.

Finally you seem to understand that others from any religion will and can be saved by their love of God and WHAT they do in life.Christianity not required. However, those who do the ACTS that Christ would do are Followers of Christ nonetheless
November 10, 2009 at 6:38 pm#155898NickHassanParticipantHi BD,
The mercy of God is sovereign but specified in Scripture to be only towards the merciful.
And that mercy is only towards those who show mercy to the body of Christ. Those who give you a cup of water BECAUSE YOU BELONG TO ME will not lose his reward.
We are strongly urged in Heb 4 to enter the millenial rest rather than hope for mercy in the final judgement.November 10, 2009 at 6:48 pm#155900georgParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ Nov. 11 2009,04:53) Hi Georg,

So when Jesus returns and those asleep and alive in the Spirit of God awake and are raised in new imperishable bodies they meet with Jesus in the air.[1Cor15, 1 thess 4]
It is possible that this occurs in the 7 yr tribulation, after the time of sorrows, in the 3 1/2 yrs called the wrath of God, as they will not suffer His wrath.[1thess 1.10]
Perhaps at this time the tribunal of Christ will be held and the wedding feast follows while some useless bridesmaids are excluded and must endure the tribulation.[Mt25]November 11, 2009 at 9:42 am#156030ConstitutionalistParticipantAnd I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the devil, and hasatan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Yeshua, and for the word of 'elohim, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with the Messiah a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.
This the first resurrection. Blessed and holy he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of 'elohim and of the Messiah, and shall reign with him a thousand years. Revelation 20:1-6
And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before 'elohim; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:11-15
November 11, 2009 at 10:52 am#156031ConstitutionalistParticipantFIRST RESURRECTION:
Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. And when the multitude heard [this], they were astonished at his doctrine. Matthew 22:29-33
And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God? For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven. And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I [am] the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err. Mark 12:24-27
But they which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. Now that the dead are raised, even Moses shewed at the bush, when he calleth the Lord the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. For he is not a God of the dead, but of the living: for all live unto him. Luke 20:35-38
And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just. Luke 14:14
Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? John 11:24-26
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also [in the likeness] of [his] resurrection: Romans 6:5
Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then [is] our preaching vain, and your faith [is] also vain. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not raised, your faith [is] vain; ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, [and] become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man [came] death, by man [came] also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. Then [cometh] the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death. 1Corinthians 15:12-26
So also [is] the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 1Corinthians 15:42
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory? 1Corinthians 15:51-55
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but [this] one thing , forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Philipians 3:10-14
Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: Hebrews 11:35
IN GENERAL; BOTH RESURRECTIONS:
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. John 5:28-29
Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. Act 4:2
Then certain philosophers of the Epicureans, and of the Stoicks, encountered him. And some said, What will this babbler say? other some, He seemeth to be a setter forth of strange gods: because he preached unto them Jesus, and the resurrection. Act 17:18
Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by [that] man whom he hath ordained; [whereof] he hath given assurance unto all [men], in that he hath raised him from the dead. And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this. Act 17:31-32
But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men [and] brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question. . . For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both. Act 23:6; 8
And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust. Act 24:15
Except it be for this one voice, that I cried standing among them, Touching the resurrection of the dead I am called in question by you this day. Act 24:21
Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. 2Timothy 2:18
Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. Hebrews 6:2

Examine the words “and the dead in Christ shall rise first”. and this scripture.
Jn 5.28f

Nick,What evidence do you have to support your claim?
This is what is written:
1 Corinthians 15
King James Version (KJV)12Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?
13But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

Those in the first are not judged.
They have already passed from death to life[Jn 5.24]
Therefore there is NO CONDEMNATION for those who are IN CHRIST JESUS[Rom8.1]
Those in the second 1000 years later wake to a Judgement of works-the sheep and goat judgement[Mt 25.31f]March 21, 2012 at 5:22 am#286501kerwinParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ Mar. 21 2012,10:27) Hi KW,

Nick,That is what say. It is not what Scripture teaches.
You are correct that there ” NO CONDEMNATION” in the sheep. That is why they are addressed first before the judgement seat.
The goats are addressed second.
Matthew 25:31-46
King James Version (KJV)
31When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
34Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
