Hi Marty,
It was Jesus' body that was resurrected after three days. His body was the “temple.” He asked His Father to receive His spirit when His body died. Does the Bible tell us that His spirit was “resurrected?”

His spirit was with God until he was raised from the dead by God. When he died, he said:  “Father into thy hands I comend my spirit”.

Can a spirit be resurrected?

We have the following scripture.

It is through the spirit of holiness that Jesus was declared righteous.  The spirit of holiness is the life that Jesus lived in obedience to God.  And so, I would say no because the spirit did not die but went to God.
