Jesus is the life.
We must abide in himJohn 3:36
“He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”John 5:26
“For just as the Father has life in Himself, even so He gave to the Son also to have life in Himself;John 6:40
“For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”John 20:31
but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you may have life in His name.1 John 5:13
[ This Is Written That You May Know ] These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.1 John 5:20
And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ This is the true God and eternal life.To all……Life, what is it?, Life is thought, without thought there is no life. When a man dies His thought parish scripture says. The dead know not nothing . When thoughts cease life ceases with it, Jesus said that words he Spoke are spirit and life. So it appears that Spirit and life are connected with words. While some think that this is just Jesus words that are life, but it can also be (any) words are life and Spirit. “SO A MAN THINKS SO HE IS”. Now our words may not be eternal life but none the less they express our lives. So it can be said all WORDS reflect the life of the person speaking them, “For that which come out of a man (his words) is what defiles Him”, “Try the Spirits to see if they are of GOD”, what are we trying?, is it not the words a person speaks, Words express the life of the person.
Life may not be as mysterious as religion has made it out to be, it may be just simple thought expressed through word. If we consider all life is thought and there is nothing new in thoughts, We simply partake of what always existed, and when we die our thoughts expressed in words or Spirit (intellect) returns to him who gave it. They return to what life is and Him who gave it in the first place.. But unless they are in another body they can not animate anything, and remain alone out side a body. When it says our life is (IN) Him, and He in us , that may be more accurate then we imagined. The Him being the LORD'S HOLY SPIRIT or HOLY INTELLECT. would like to hear more on this from others.

NIck………..Love is the product of ones intellect, in fact you could know (NOTHING) not love or anything without GOD GIVEN INTELLECT > You trying to separate Love from Knowledge is pure stupidity Nick. For you are sorrowed unto righteousness , sorrow takes KNOWLEDGE to bring about. When GOD opens up the eye of your understanding then the love of GOD begins to come into you. GOD is ALL KNOWING, GOD IS LOVE ALSO. For he pities us as a father pitying his children, A father pities his children because he (knows) the world and how hard it is for them and what they must face, this is all knowledge at work in his heart and cause him to be moved in love. Love is not some blind force that operates without reason. IMO

Romans 8 tells us that the Spirit will give LIFE to our MORTAL bodies.The word used for LIFE is not ZOE 2222 which is used for eternal life but another 2227.
Somehow the Spirit helps our natural life too.

Nick.Dont confuse the spirit of life,which is the breath of life,and life itself.The breath of life can be taken away,but life itself once it is given,will never be taken away.
