That while I am on this earth I will proclaim to them what I feel is wrong, and not participate in anything in the RCC that I feel is wrong, and embrace the things that are good.

Also I want to follow Jesus' commands and try to be in fellowship with other christians no matter what church they go to. I want to build up, not tear down. I want to forgive as I have been forgiven. I want to not judge others so I am not judged. I want to show mercy so that I will be shown mercy. I want to love and be loved. Love- Mark

Hi Mark,

So here's where we're at so far.  

1.  Jesus being the same yesterday, today and forever in no way makes him God Almighty.

2.  While God is the only REAL Savior of the world, others being credited with “saving” does not mean they're God Almighty.  This includes Jesus.

Here's your 3rd point:

Mark, when the Israelites were in the desert for 40 years, there was also only one name through whom their sins would be forgiven.  It was Aaron, the High Priest, who performed the sacrificial rites to gain attonement for the sins of the Israelites.  Likewise, now Jesus is the High Priest of his God.  No one can come to GOD unless they come to HIM through His High Priest.  But don't forget the goal is to be accepted by the High Priest and deemed acceptable to come to………..not the High Priest, but to HIS GOD.

Jesus will either judge you acceptable to HIS GOD, or not.  As the acting judge, we want to find favor in Jesus' eyes, but the ultimate goal is being acceptable to Jesus' GOD.

Mark, Jesus is the Mediator BETWEEN us and his God.  He is the High Priest BETWEEN us and his God.  He is a SERVANT of his God to this day.  What part of this says that Jesus IS the God that he is a Priest and Servant of?  And a mediator cannot possibly be one of the parties mediated between Mark.  So Jesus cannot be “all of mankind”, nor can he be “God”.

I hope and pray that you are seeing how easily your castle crumbles to the ground.  Point by point, you'll eventually be able to see that nothing you posted says “Jesus is God”.

my question was of;; what does it to be accepted by God to be saved??

because Jesus said that it would just like at the time of the flood were only 8 people got saved.

I think Jesus was referring to how fast and without warning that day will come……….just like the flood.

If you want to know what to do to be saved, Micah tells us,

Micah 6:8 NIV
8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
  And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
  and to walk humbly with your God.

Since then there has only been one other condition added that I'm aware of.  And that is to believe in the name of God's Messiah as the only name through which we can be saved.

What makes Jesus different isnt just because he is Called “savior” but the fact that he took MANY Gods names, positions, and perfect atributes that sets him apart from Judges, servants, angels, and prophets/pastors and what not.

Just by the fact that all in here believe that Jesus is the Son of God sets him apart from all others servants thats God has used.

the Jews wanted to crucify him not becuase he was calling himself the “Son of God” because we ALL are sons of God…(that depends if you know him or not, but all cliam to be) but they wanted to cruify him because he made him self equal to God.

Jesus himself calims to be the ONLY way, the ONLY truth and the life all men, he claims the light of men, he makes many cliams that are titles and atributes that are not worthy for any other human being on this earth.

Mikeangel: Hey Mark, just for the record your post is beautiful. If you remain in the words of Jesus,they are from God and they will transform your thinking to align with God/Jesus. You will become a God/Man.

Your dedicated attitude toward embracing truth no matter who else or what else happens will defend you from the fiery darts of deception. You will win with your attitude of I must be convinced of truth for myself. Jesus/God will honor that with truth.

The love that you show in your post, building up with truth not tearing down with destructive words, forgiving and not juding and showing mercy is nearly the total summation of a God/Man.

No I do not worship two Gods. I worship Almighty God. Hebrew 1:8 and John 1:1 tells us that Jesus is The Word of God, not Almighty God. sarcasm your words not mine……..Irene
