Hi Mike,

In case you haven't realize it, all you have written there is four English letters;
the Old Testament was written in Hebrew, and Hebrew has no “W” sound.

The AKJV Bible has “Praise ye the LORD”; which means: “Hallelujah”.

So long Ed.  I've no time for childish games.  You know full well that I mean the Hebrew tetragrammaton when I write YHWH. Btw, do the four English letters that make up “LORD” look like LORD in the Hebrew texts?

Hi Mike,

Tetragrammaton is a Greek word meaning “Four Letters”.

Tetra – four
grammaton – letters

The AKJV Bible has GOD's Hebrew Name, יהוה YÄ-hä-vā (YHVH), translated as JEHOVAH.
The N.W.T. has copied the AKJV Bible's rendering of God's name as JEHOVAH.
