Kerwin, Ok, sorry I try to answer your questions. I was a litte bit too defensive.
Thanks, Ed J.

Ya shua.
God saves
Yes Nick,
“It is a light thing that thou (Yahshua) shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob,
and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles,
that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.” (Isaiah 49:6)“To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace,
from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior.” (Titus 1:4)………..God the Father(117) = The Savior(117)
Theomatics (numbers encoded in Scripture) also confirm this._______________
God bless

God saves through Jesus Christ
April 6, 2016 at 9:12 am#811398Ed JParticipantHi Ed,
Are you suggesting that Jesus was not alive till he was anointed?
Hi Nick,
No, that’s what you seem to be suggesting.

2) Do you believe Jesus is the Son of humanity in regards to the body as this passage states?I don’t know.
April 6, 2016 at 9:14 am#811400NickHassanParticipantHi Ed,
Jesus was named after his birth
Was Jesus given the Spirit?

I assume your answer is yes.
FYI
Nick believes God gave Jesus the Holy Spirit at that time as well.
I believe God gave Jesus his Spirit before Jesus had a chance to be tempted of the flesh and then used his Spirit to anoint Jesus to preach the gospel and do good works at the Jordon.
End of FYI
Do you believe Jesus did not have God’s Spirit before he was given it by God?

April 6, 2016 at 9:26 am#811403NickHassanParticipantHi KW,
You use logic instead of revelation to defend your dogma.
Surely you know the Law is spiritual and the Jewish man Jesus fulfilled the law.
Or do you suggest that God giving the Law was a waste of time as men could never obey it?
April 6, 2016 at 9:31 am#811404Ed JParticipantHi Ed,
(1) Jesus was named after his birth
(2) Was Jesus given the Spirit?
Hi Nick,
1) Verses such as Proverbs 30:4, Isaiah 49:6, and Rev. 13:8
suggest that God named Jesus (Yahshua) long before his physical birth.
2) I have answered this many times – so I would appreciate if you’d stop asking (:________________

April 6, 2016 at 9:33 am#811407Danny DabbsParticipantHi Kerwin, “Do you believe Jesus did not have God’s Spirit before he was given it by God?”
No. He had the Spirit. John the Baptist was filled with the Spirit even before his birth. Luke 1:15
So, I see there is a difference between Infilling and Anointing.

14 For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am of flesh, sold into bondage to sin.
Do you deny this?
April 6, 2016 at 9:44 am#811409Ed JParticipantDo you believe Jesus did not have God’s Spirit before he was given it by God?
Hi Kerwin,
I would like to answer that because you say you are lost as to what I believe because you don’t read my posts.
No – Jesus is “the Spirit of Christ” (ref. Micah 5:2) therefore
his spirit(the Spirit of Christ) is part of God’s Spirit(HolySpirit).
He received all (ref. John 3:35) of God’s Spirit (HolySpirit) at Jordan.________________

Ed JApril 6, 2016 at 9:55 am#811410NickHassanParticipantHi ED,
Micah does not say what you claim
You have added your ideas to it.
Did Jesus have his own spirit before his anointing or was he dead?
April 6, 2016 at 9:59 am#811411NickHassanParticipantHi Ed,
The Spirit Of Christ is the Spirit of anointing.
So it is not the spirit of Jesus or any other man.
Do you agree?
April 6, 2016 at 10:03 am#811412Danny DabbsParticipantHi Nick,
You said “The Spirit Of Christ is the Spirit of anointing.”
Where do you get this idea?
April 6, 2016 at 10:14 am#811413NickHassanParticipantHi Danny
CHRISTOS means anointing or anointed.
April 6, 2016 at 10:33 am#811414Ed JParticipantHi ED,
(1) Micah does not say what you claim
(2) You have added your ideas to it.
(3) Did Jesus have his own spirit before his anointing (4) or was he dead?
Hi Nick,
1) Yes it does – here is what Micah 5:2 says:
out of thee Bethlehem shall he come forth whose goings forth have been from everlasting2) Not so
3) Did Jesus have his own spirit before his anointing?
Yes – Jesus’ spirit is “the spirit of Christ” (see Micah 5:2)4) or was he dead?
What is that suppose to mean ???_______________
God bless
