I believe life is a time to learn.
I believe everything in life is knowledge.
I feel that poerty is a great way to speak your heart.
So if anyone would like to post some poerty they have about life, God, or anything spirtual please do.
Do not hold back what your heart wishes to say even if you feel you may be wrong.
Speak what is true to you and let your heart guide your words.
Just reply to this message with any poetry you have written and share your insight with us all.

To live a life of eternal worth, you must seek knowledge of an eternal birth
Into an existence which cannot be told, but a life of acceptance of signs foretold
It will one day be and will forever be told, the life of the spirit which accomplished its goal
Its goal in life, which is to find, the one answer, which makes us blind
Our perception of time and the light we see is just an illusion of what truly will be
To accept your fate of a mortal death is a simple step of an eternal breath
A breath that may carry, through and throughout, a whisper of insight, which carries no doubt
Everyone who seeks this may not find, the answer to the confusion within his or her mind
To be confused is to have a mortal life, a life full of lies and illusions with little insight
Insight brings the gift of eternal knowledge, and brings the sweet incense of a fragrant foliage
To be alive, is not to simply see, the things before you, because they will one day cease to be
Of all the sight your eyes will behold, let them not be fooled by the LIE in bold
Your short existence which carries an eternal worth, is not that of this temporary earth
All things which is, will one day see, the omnipotent reason in which they will forever be

Yesterday my family buried my dear, wonderful, one-of-a-kind father. He had decided to stop his kidney dialysis treatments and let nature take its course because of his hope of eternal life and he was just plain tired of being incredibly weak and not feeling good. He missed one dialysis appointment and about 13 hours later…my sister and I watched him breathe his last breath. The next day, I wrote this poem to be put on the back of the program for the funeral service. I do believe that the Lord downloaded this poem to me…it took me about 10 minutes. Anyway, I think it captures my father's heart. What Would My Dad Do
What would my dad do
And what would my dad say
Is what will come to my mind
When I do not know the way.He has always led with righteousness
And the Spirit of our God
The fruit of love, joy and peace
From the great throne above. He’ll say be kind to each other
And I hope this brings you joy;
Be sensible in your decisions,
Let not your words destroy.Trust always in our Jesus
And look to Him in all your ways.
The Spirit that He sent to you
Will guide you day by day.And if you get discouraged
And nature takes its course,
Know that He is there within you
To live without remorse.I know that you can do this
With the power from above.
Our Lord is there within your heart
To cherish, hope in…and love.He is forever faithful
And will not cause you to dismay;
If you keep your eyes on Jesus
And walk with Him every day. Thanks for reading! He died very peacefully and I know he is so happy with the Lord now.
Love,
