“ARE” Spirit “AND” Life. That alone should be enough to give you a understand what Spirits ARE. But just in case it doesn't.Please explain to us what your view of a WORD (IS) and what LIFE (IS) because according to Jesus that (IS) What Spirit IS)> “So a man thinks so he (IS)” that is his LIFE it is based on his thinking. The types and Kind of Spirits effecting HIS MIND creates his LIFE he or She LIVES.
I was under the understanding a WORD (IS) and expression INTELLECT> Perhaps you see it different, But my view i believe in in line with what Jesus said SPIRIT was. But show us you scriptures that show Spiirt different, i would like to see them i believe others would also.

The Word Jesus speaks teaches us how to obtain and walk by the Spirit. Those that both obtain and walk by the Spirit will inherit eternal life as they will overcome the desires of the flesh.

I think you should tell us why Jesus was incorrect in luke 11 and that satan does not exist and demons/unclean spirits do not enter and leave men.
Show us where he told us that spirits are just intellects.Nick………..When have i said Satan and Demons don't Exist ? you not reading what i said exactly right. I said they do not exist as “SENTINEL BEINGS, or PERSON, but they do exist as SPIRITS that is described by their names. Example the Word Satan is an adversarial Spirit or (INTELLECT) yes and even displayed this spirit and Jesus called Peter a Satan and Judas and the Pharisees were of that “SPIRIT” also. I suppose you believe Wisdom is a SHE of some kind also, becasue Scriptures Personifies the word wisdom as a SHE. GET my point.
Now as regarding Spirit as being intellects this is a simple test for you. What is a WORD give us you definition and then apply it to Spirit and Life as Jesus said his words were. Now think where you words come from Nick it is your minds thinking which is your intellect. Spirits are aspects of INTELLECTS and produce perception of Life in all things and none of the ever die becasue they are what life (IS)>
Good and Evil Spirits never die that is why the EVIL will be removed from it influence on the minds of all thing of the earth for a thousand years and put into a “BOTTOMLESS PIT , why BOTTOMLESS . becasue there is NO End to EVIL and it ability to cause a person to descend. Just as there is no END of GOOD in elevating a person, they both go forever in opposite directions.
Spirit are not “Beings they are what is (IN) Beings. simple as that. NICK.

Marty,Scripture declares that God buried Mosses in a certain land but that his grave was not found there.
We were earlier told that in a like manner Enoch was not because God took him.

Just that simple and the rest of this stuff s just speculations brought on by false assumptions. Jesus is the “ONLY ONE” so far raised from the grave unto eternal life (IN) his resurected BODY> which he now still has, and will forever have it. IMO

Gene,That is not what Scripture states. Scripture explicitly states “Enoch is not because God took him”. On the other hand it states those Father's who were not still living had died.
A general statement does not contradict what is clear from Genesis.
All that your case is based on is your insistence that certain passages are not general despite how your interpretation breaks Scripture.
