Do you think like him?
February 29, 2016 at 3:20 pm#809817ProclaimerParticipantI do not know much about American politics. I put this video under View Points as it was merely his point of view.
I agree with much about his view on abortion, religions, and political correctness.
And I do not view Islam (as followed by their book) as peaceful.
Also, while Christianity has been anything but peaceful itself, I see the teachings of Jesus Christ as being that. Although perhaps not in the sense you may think. He causes division for sure and there is much animosity against his teachings. But I believe he has the way to life, peace, and understanding. He taught to love your enemies, not kill them.
February 29, 2016 at 5:51 pm#809833MiiaParticipantThe man verbalized nothing but drivel. He cursed with his mouth and blessed with his mouth (preached Jesus).
He said, “Let’s not forget the argument ‘It’s only Christian like to take the refugees’, I say we don’t take the Syrian refugees because they’re a Trojan horse for ISIS”.
That is an Antichrist and fearful statement. It is anti what Christ would do. It’s anti Jesus’ message, and it’s disobedient to God’s commands. In other words, the man is preaching a different Jesus.
March 1, 2016 at 9:58 am#809845ProclaimerParticipantHe has a point. Islam has an agenda to make the world Islamic and the methods for this can be quite frightening. And it doesn’t bode well especially for Christians, Jews, and woman. But many are blind to that for some reason, even though it is an obvious point.
Would you be happy say to put your kids in an Islamic school if they were Christian or Jewish. Or would you have been happy to let in the Nazi Party if you were Jewish. Much of Islam is against Jews and Christians. While most a not radical, the ones that take their book seriously pose a threat to your way of life.
You are entitled to your opinion, but I doubt you would like to live in an Islamic country under Sharia Law.
March 2, 2016 at 9:52 am#809903MiiaParticipantHe has a point. Islam has an agenda to make the world Islamic and the methods for this can be quite frightening.
They are mostly just refugees looking for a place to stay.
The man is Antichrist in what he speaks. Donald Trump is also Antichrist in what he speaks.
You are entitled to your opinion, but I doubt you would like to live in an Islamic country under Sharia Law.
I would love the opportunity to live in an Islamic country, as it would give me a chance to share with them what I know. And if you love what you believe in then nothing would hold you back.
March 2, 2016 at 10:01 am#809904MiiaParticipantWould you be happy say to put your kids in an Islamic school if they were Christian or Jewish.
I think it would depend on what they were taught beforehand, how much they believe it, and how strong the bond is?
March 17, 2016 at 10:25 am#810535ProclaimerParticipantI would love the opportunity to live in an Islamic country, as it would give me a chance to share with them what I know. And if you love what you believe in then nothing would hold you back.
Same, but I would not approve of Islam, whereas I think you are saying it has merit.
March 17, 2016 at 10:30 am#810536ProclaimerParticipantI wouldn’t put a pet mouse among cats or a child among pedophiles. Likewise I would not put a Christian or Jewish child among those who follow the Koran to the letter.
Christians are almost extinct in large swathes of the Middle East. There is a reason for that.
“And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.”
March 17, 2016 at 10:52 am#810543Ed JParticipantHi T8,
Miia is very ignorant to what islam teaches.
The islamic choice is convert to islam or die.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6)Miia, please tell me exactly how you figure Donald Trump is antichrist?

Ed JMarch 17, 2016 at 11:55 am#810558MiiaParticipantThank you for conversating with me without y/n/idontknow, Ed J. Much better!
Donald Trump is a horrible man. He is Antichrist because he does the opposite of what Christ would. But he claims to be a Christian, doesn’t he??
Miia is very ignorant to what islam teaches.
The islamic choice is convert to islam or die.I would die.
Does that answer t8’s question?March 18, 2016 at 4:42 pm#810683ProclaimerParticipantMiia. You are welcome to embrace Islam to any degree you desire. It is your life.
As for me, I would protect my family as much as I could.
But if it came down to dying for my faith, then I too hope I would choose death rather than convert or deny my Lord and master.
March 21, 2016 at 9:03 am#810731MiiaParticipantt8, what does Caring for people have to do with embracing a religion?
March 21, 2016 at 10:33 pm#810784MiiaParticipantI don’t know if anyone follows the postings of the hacking group Anonymous, but they have declared total war on Donald Trump.
March 23, 2016 at 10:23 am#810911ProclaimerParticipantIt doesn’t. I am making the real point that the Koran teaches that Muslims should kill infidels of which we are classified as being. Its a simple point, and we see evidence of such behavior through history. Some people think that letting their country be overrun by Muslims is the right things to do. IMO, that is the end of that country’s culture and prosperity. They would eventually come under Sharia Law I suppose and be like Saudi Arabia minus the wealth. Perhaps Iran?
Not all have the long vision to see that. They think let’s be kind. But look, I could be kind to a murderer and invite him into my home and live with my family. But that would be reckless, unless I thought he was truly reformed.
Of course most people of any religion are not extreme, but if say 1% were and you invite millions in, then 10,000 extremists can wreak havoc and change a country forever. There needs to be a balance between being kind and becoming a doormat to allow others to trample over you. That is my opinion. I know with my family that I do everything I can to protect them. That is what father’s do. I also try to be kind to others because every human being is special in God’s eyes and therefore should be in our eyes too. But I wouldn’t invite those who wish me harm into my home because protecting my family comes before being kind to others. It’s just about balance miia. I do not disagree with helping and loving others. You can help others even without inviting them to your home. Its just a case of being wise. Helping refugees is good and country’s that do that will heap blessing on themselves. But that is different to an invasion.
March 23, 2016 at 1:59 pm#810914kerwinParticipantThe claim that Islam teaches convert to Islam or die is not true in every case. There are individuals and groups that practice it that way but the same is true of Christians in the past.
Instead Islam considers Christians and Jews people of the book and treats them as second class citizens. In addition is seems to preach against them Evangelizing though this also be certain practitioners.
Like Scripture the Koran is open to interpretation and individuals interpret it according to their bestial nature. The command it for us not to do likewise but instead to seek to be righteous as God is righteous.
March 23, 2016 at 4:26 pm#810916NickHassanParticipantHi KW,
Put on the robe of righteousness of the Son.
The prodigal admitted he did not deserve help from his Father.
The best robe was put on him despite his lack of good works to cover his filth.

For all of you who were baptised HAVE CLOTHED YOURSELF WITH CHRIST.
March 23, 2016 at 5:24 pm#810917kerwinParticipantNick,
To cloth yourself in Jesus is to be righteous as he is righteous. So where does disagree with what I wrote?
John states much the message that I do with these words though it is not the passage I was thinking of.
1 John 3:7New International Version (NIV)
7 Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. The one who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.
This is the passage I was thinking of.
1 Peter 1:15-16New International Version (NIV)
15 But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; 16 for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”[a]
Footnotes:1 Peter 1:16 Lev. 11:44,45; 19:2
It can only be done by the power so the one that seeks to do it without God will fail.
March 23, 2016 at 5:52 pm#810920NickHassanParticipantHi KW,
To be clothed with the righteousness of Christ is a far cry from our own righteousness.
Such is as filthy rags.
March 23, 2016 at 5:58 pm#810921NickHassanParticipantHi KW,
Joshua was clothed in filthy garments in Zec 3,
They were removed and he was garbed in festal robes from above.
The righteousness from above is pure and perfect.
