An interesting thought: Before the world began there was God! There was only God! God was everywhere and in everything. There was ONE composite of multiple energies that summed up all there is, and that was God. From God came forth creation of all sorts including earth and mankind. All still in God, of God, all there is, ONE! There was nothing outside of God. God is absolute! God has no opposite because God is one. From this perspective, nothing exists outside of God. There is nothing, no life, just darkness and void. Outer darkness. God is truth, good, life, creation, perfect balance of all energetic forces moving forward in creation of animated forms of life. Lets take Love and Good and call them all inclusive in God. So there was only love and good in existence.
THERE WAS NO EVIL! Evil did not exist in truth. Evil is a lie. Lie's are not in truth. Evil was created(by man?) outside of the truth/God/love.
So if evil is not truth is must be an illusion of the truth. Man then created within himself and believed an illusion of truth. When man created the illusion of evil then came all judgment, condemnation, laws, rules, etc. that he followed to try to be good again or in union with God/good again. So good and “lies of evil” proliferated down through the ages as mankind fell further and further away from union with God by BELIEVING INCORRECTLY in evil. Jesus finally came to clarify the truth of God. Jesus washed away our sin or wrong thinking with the words of God. Jesus taught us the truth or enlightened us which cast out darkness, lies, deceptions and illusions.
Now, through the truth from Jesus, we can know that we are back in union with God/love/good and there is no more evil/sin thinking. We are no longer in outer darkness, where, without the truth where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. In the truth we will, together or individually, rise up as a perfect bridgrooms in union with the bride/Christ Jesus/the Father/the holy spirit! We then are ONE together forever. IMO, TK

Tkno your view is faulty,God start to create not in him but outside of him ,so is the universe and all we now can see with the satellites the millions of galaxies we now realize that the earth is only a grain of sand in that creation ,

Everything came from God so everything that is life or lives is in God. I believe God is life. Where ever there is life there is God. Outside of God there is no life. That is the outer darkness where there is pain and suffering. If you don't believe God is everywhere then please tell me where God isn't! TK

TKI do not believe that God is everywhere in everything the way you sound believe it ,I do know there is nothing out of his control, but he does not have to be in the things that he created .
to me being one with or in Christ is to be one with God ,being one in spirit means to me to do Gods will the way he wanted,
that is how we show love for God by obeying him ,so he can give us live in return.were God is there is truth and truth is light, lies are darkness ,
and if we follow the truth we will never encounter darkness.
we know what darkness is but it will not be found in us.Pierre
April 17, 2011 at 12:39 am#243439942767ParticipantHi Pierre:
This is what David said:
Quote Psalm 139:7Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? 8If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
9If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.
And God said this speaking to David:
Quote Isaiah 66
1Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?Love in Christ,

I played in a band for about twelve years of my life. Mostly 60's, 70's & some 80's rock. I love it to this day. Good four and five part vocal harmony gives me goosebumps! When I was a child in God I destroyed many good albums while demon chasing. Now that I have become a man of God, I put away childish ways. I wish I had them back. Thanks to internet I can still hear most of them. TK

TKlove of God as nothing to do with the way men loves,
Pierre
April 18, 2011 at 10:55 pm#243680Tim KraftParticipantPierre: Maybe not for you. The love in my heart is God! I only know God as I know love. When I share God I share love. When I speak love I speak God. As I walk in love I walk in God. When I love someone I give God to them.
You would do well not to make direct statements as to what is or isn't the truth for others. After all, for all of us the truth of God is how we believe things to be. Rather say, …for me, the love of God has nothing to do with the way men love….! Or like I say, IMO, TK

Quote And in the end, the love we have, is equal to the love, we gave
Aren't the lyrics actually:
Quote In the end the love you take is equal to the love you make
From the song “The End”?Which could be paraphrased “In the end the love you receive is equal to the love you create”.
Which is harmonious in concept with:
Quote Matthew 22:39 (King James Version) 39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

WispringApril 18, 2011 at 11:28 pm#243688WispringParticipantThe bible tells me God is love. If I have a love of God in my heart and I use this love to express things then I say the love I am expressing is divine in nature like God. There may be other things in ones heart that are not really love like obsession or lust that one can confused with love and therefore are not godly in nature.

Wispring: My wife corrected me the last time I quoted that line from J.Lennon and here I went and mis-quoted it again. The general meaning is close but close only counts in horseshoes and grenades. Thanks for the clairifacation. Its still does tend to say the same thing and yes it does agree with Jesus teaching of sowing and reaping. If people choose to be under a law or controlling factor there is none better than sowing and reaping and do unto others what you would have them do unto you.Well I will send this message again and if it doesn't work it will have to be much later. God Bless you, TK

Mt 22:37 Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
Mt 22:38 This is the first and greatest commandment.
Mt 22:39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’those are the two commandment and deal both with love;my question is ;`could anyone accomplish the first one without the other one ?or the second one without the first one ?

Love is something that wells up within.
And the opposite of love is hate
But hate manisfests itself in many ways.
(as does love)
And in the eternal world to come, love will be eternal because God is love and God is eternal:)April 24, 2011 at 10:41 pm#244341WispringParticipantThank God and Christ Jesus that they both informed me to worship God and not a language or culture.
Thank God that he decided to give all of humanity the oppportunity to dwell in his divine kingdom.
Thank God that he sent Christ Jesus during a historical time that had a language that does include the word “is” so that God could further refine the relationship lovers of God and disciples of Christ Jesus are to have with both.Quote 1 John 4:1-9 (King James Version) 1 John 4
1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.2Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
4Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
5They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
6We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
7Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
8He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
9In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
I would like to express a “Joyful Easter” to everyone who reads this. May God's love shed many beautiful blessings in your life and may it give you the means to overcome any evil that is presented in your life. With Love and Respect,
