Life is in the blood

God is the SPIRIT (intellects) of LIFE  All life in All things. God Spirits Go to and Fro throughout all the Earth in his creation. IMO peace and love……………………………………….gene

Gene! When the body dies the Spirit goes back to God who gave it. The Spirit can live by it- self. While the body needs the blood. It is there to keep our bodies alive in the flesh. I don't think it has any baring on the Spirit. The blood however could never live by it-self. The Spirit will live, if we are the lucky ones that are in the first resurrection, and will reign with Christ as a Spirit in the Millennium. While the meek will be in the flesh and inherit the Earth.

The life of the flesh (our mortal body) is in the blood. It is the blood that carries oxygen and nutrients to all the cells of the body and it is the blood also that carries away the wastes. If someone would stab you and your blood would drain out, your body would die.

The life of the soul is in the blood of our Lord Jesus. It his blood which makes atonement for our souls.

Marty………I agree with all that to, but my point is maybe there is more literial LIFE activity working on our blood them we May realize. Imagine if you will that there are billions of activities begin carried out in our body that must require (intellect) Spirit in order to function and do there distinct Jobs in order to keep us alive . Kind of like a city where there are millions of People living in it and each is a contributor to the whole city, if all the individual people left,  the city would die and be no more alive as a functioning city. This is just an allegory a Metaphor of my point i am trying to make. If these individual life functioning cells were to leave or cease to function in our bodies we also like the city would die or cease to exist as a live Body or Soul. I think we tend to think in large terms when Spirit is involved and may not realize Spirit is in very small and minute forms . I am not preaching this as any doctrine of any kind just food for thought Brother.

Hi Gene:

Relative to the body and the way it functions, we are looking at an awesome creator, intelligent design.

But the spirit is the life that you live in the body.  God's Holy Spirit is the life that He lives.

EDJ………That is Right, Spirit is (IN) the Blood it gives the cell their ability to do there particular Job GOD designed them for, Life which is Spirit (intelligence) is found in all of GOD'S Creation. It (spirit) causes all things that have life (IN) them to function as that Particular Spirit (intellect) gives it its power to function as GOD wants it to. You believe the “spirit” is in the blood; Gene believes that “intellect” is in the blood; what happens when you hurt your self, and bleed all over the place, does that mean you spill your “spirit” and “intellect” all over the place too?

What if you donate a pint of blood, do you then give away a pint of “spirit”, and a pint of “wisdom” away too?

What about the recipient of your blood, does it make him more “spiritual, and more “wiser”?

Take my advise, both of you, DO NOT DONATE ANY MORE BLOOD.

2) Intellect and spirit are NOT synonymous with each other.     Just like blood is NOT spirit.

Georg……….What your not understanding is the Spirit (IN) the Bloods cells cause it to manufacture more living cells to continue to sustain our lives. Blood can reproduce itself by the Spirit (intellect) in it.  If you truly understood the workings of our bodies you could easily understand what i am saying Georg.

I gave blood once for a kid who was involved in a motorcycle accident and it helped save his life. Life indeed is (IN) the blood and it can be transfered and save another's life as has been shown millions of times.

I am not a Dr., but I have learned enough to know that it is not our “intellect” that is in our blood. What you are referring to is the DNA in our blood cells, if that was your intellect, you should be able to control your blood, and make it do whatever you think it should do.

Our “intellect” comes from information stored in our “BRAIN”, not in our blood.
It is the ability to make something with this information that you call “intellect”, Paul calls it, the “SPIRIT” in man.

Gerog…….Where did i ever say the Spirit or intellect (IN) the Blood was ever (OUR) INTELLECT, No i said it was “intellect” that is working (IN) those Cells to keep us alive and God has appointed it a time to function of so many years and it will cease to work.  God said ALL Souls are HIS> Even the Spirits in our Minds are HIS also and it returns to him who gave it in the first place when our Souls die and corrupt in the grave.

What i think is your not understanding is i am saying, (intellect) in any form or type is Spirit. It is this intelligence working in all creation that is what i believe is Spirit. It can be a Clean Spirit or unclean Spiirt, it can be the Spirit of GOD or of an adversary (Satan), it makes no difference it still is Spirit (intellect) AND IT CAN BE IN A SMALL ONE CELLED ANIMAL OR A GIANT WHALE MAKES NO DIFFERENCE BECAUSE THERE ARE Many form of Spirits (intellects) that effect ,cause, and animate bodies of all types and all of it has its source from One God. IMO

Where does the bible say the Spirits in us is OUR Spirits, it is not written that any Spirit is OURS. It does say there is a Spirit in Man , that is true , but God put it there in the first place and it return to God when our Soul dies. IMO

i believe that God as the sacrifice of his son in mind wen he mention that the live is in the blood;because only the blood of Christ gives live,our blood does not give live ,if we lose it we die.
