But my hope is that if they can come to understand that John 1:1 speaks of TWO INDIVIDUAL and SEPARATE BEINGS, then the Word cannot possibly be the Holy Spirit of God. Because God's Holy Spirit is NOT an individual BEING, nor is it the only begotten from the Father. It can therefore NOT be said to have been WITH God, because it is actually a part OF God, and not a separate being who could have been WITH God.

Ed! What difference does it make whether His Family belong to the JW or not? Listen if you ever come against one of them, listen to them, they do have some truths to their theology….
I read something about Mike, that amazed me….I let Mike tell you… I just wanted to stand up to your accusation of anybody,… it is uncalled for… We came out of the Catholic Church are we now also brainwashed…?? Where did you come out of? Some of our Family still does belong to that Church in Germany…
Rev. tells us come out of Her MY PEOPLE and we did…..was not easy, by a long shot….but we are glad we did….Irene

There isn't two Gods mentioned in John 1:1 (Deut.6:4),
but two aspects of the one God (YHVH and his HolySpirit).

My answer is:  A little off his rocker?  YES.  But brainwashed?  I don't think so.  

You can tell from some of Ed's understandings that he walks to the beat of his own drum. I have never seen him “follow” anyone else here, or believe what they believe just because they believe it. And those would be clear signs of “brainwashing”, IMO.
