However portions of the Spirit have been given to Men.
God blessed Elijah with His Spirit and Elisha asked for and received a double portion.John the baptist was later anointed with the same portion.
Jesus was given the fulness of God's Spirit[jn3]-every aspect of power and knowledge.God did not pour afresh from His Spirit as shown in Jl2 but Jesus had to return to God before that portion would be shared.[Jn7, acts2]
Jesus is alive in the one Spirit and he and His Father can be known by his brothers-the Lord is the Spirit.
His sonship is by that Spirit anointing.

Nick, it's as simple as this. God begot a Son before all the ages. Through that Son, God created everything that has ever been created. Not through a “spirit of Christ”, but through His only begotten Son, who AFTER he was begotten, was SENT into the world as the one through whom God would save us.He is called “the Word” in John 1:1. He was WITH God in the beginning. All things came into existence through him. Get it? HE and HIM, not “the spirit of Christ”.

Are you serious Nick?Irene has answered this enough times for you already. How do you come to think the one called “Word of God” in Rev, a book John wrote before he wrote his gospel, is not “the Word” in John 1?
