the city of God and his temple and Jerusalem are in heaven and will come down to men

We know you have your theories but the restoration of earth including removing all the evil influences while Satan is imprisoned is the plan.
It is to be done gradually by the authority and power of God in Christ and his brothers.

The hostility between animals and men is removed so the child can play in the asp's nest and the lion can lie with the lamb.
Weeds and thorns which cursed the earth will become extinct.

Men will learn to submit to the appointed Ruler and obey the feasts or it will not rain for them.
Deserts will flower and produce crops and it will rain and the sun will shine all in order.
Food will never be short and the wine will be shared with the Master.[lk 22.18]
Joy and hope will gradually consume all sadness tears and grief.

There will be no seas on the new earth presumably returning to under the earth surface as before the flood.[Gen7.11]

I believe that “there will be no more sea” means, no more divided nations. Just as the world is trying to put all nations under a “one world government” now, God will put all nations under the government of Jesus Christ; “One World Government.”
