To all: As I read these posts my heart is sadened. Laws, rules, rituals, new moons, sabbaths, feast days, fast days, washings, cleansings do this, don't do that, you should, you shouldn't, you can, you can't these chains that bind you were all broken with the truth of Jesus. What do you think the bonds and heavy burdens were that Jesus broke and took away? If the truth sets you “free” what does it set you free from? The truth is God is not controlling or demanding anything from man as far a performance or production.

Jesus didn't follow any laws and told his disciples to eat and drink whatever was given to them. God showed Peter that all animals were good to eat at the same time he understood it to be all men were to be acceptable to God for salvation if the believed.

Religion has so tainted the minds of men that they can't let go of the necessity to work for or perform for God. If it be the case, for any man, that he believes he is better for doing or lessor for not doing ANYTHING in the eyes of God he has denied the work of Jesus for cleansing by faith!! Works of any kind for holiness or credits from God are as dirty rags unto God. Works, as in deeds, considered as good works or bad works, either, separate a mans mind from the purification of Christ's gift.

Any thing a man does that makes him think he is better unto God for doing it has blasphemed the works of Jesus. Jesus paid the price for perfection unto God. Jesus is the only way to God. Mans works or deeds cannot take him closer or further away from God. Jesus made the union perfect between man & God BY FAITH ALONE!! ANY effort on the part of an individual to better himself has denied Jesus Christ work. There is one way only to perfection unto God. FAITH IN THE WORKS OF JESUS!!! Mind/heart acceptance of what Jesus did. NOT WHAT YOU DO OR DON'T DO!

The truth from God through Jesus will make you free, happy, full of life, full of love for others etc.! Un-truth and lies with deceptions will bind you, tie you down in heart, depress you, and make you sick. It is the choice of man to accept the completed package by faith or attempt to work out his salvation some other way. Good luck, IMO, TK

Also I have always understood my relationship with Jesus/Father/God/Holy Spirit as a marriage comitment with an intimate union or consumation. God cares much about this marrage. I don't think he gives a flip about the relationships of men and women on earth.He knows they are two gods attempting to live as one together. There is bound to be war! God cares if I am unfaithful to him.
If I go after other gods like works and deeds and things I do or don't do to please him, that is the adultery that God cares about. He didn't care about Davids hundreds of wives and concubines or the other partiarchs.

But in this day our union or connection is intimately in mind and heart. Our thoughts unite us or separate us. If we believe in our performance we have committed adultery and gone after other gods. That is the adultery God hates. I will be faithful. Full of faith. I believe my marrriage to God through Jesus!! Not works or deeds or any other gods for acceptence.

t8: Thank you sir: The law is absolutely and completely fulfilled, finished and completed. It was, then and cannot be the way to God now! The law is not of faith. Today is faith manifested. Faith through the words of Jesus unto God. It would have the same affect today as it had back then. It created sin and darkness.

Those under the law were in sin and darkness by believing that following what they considered a list of do's and don'ts could not cleanse a worshipers mind. Works always leave the person deficient of perfection.

The law is not IMO the knowledge of sin. The law of rules and works never cleansed the hearts of the followers. They always needed to do something for perfection. Sin is thinking you are in sin or thinking you are separated from God for ANY REASON. Sin is error of thought. Sin is thinking wrongly that you are in sin or have sinned!

  As well, you should! Not saying you shouldn't! You are of the church, of the body of Christ,of the groom, Gentile grafted in, just like me and millions of other folks. The bride of the lamb(Jesus) is clearly stated to be quite literaly the holy Jerusalem. In simile, in comparison your relationship with Jesus/Father/God/Holy Spirite is as a marriage. In fact it is a holy covenant. That you wish to add the quality of a marital covenant is fine and dandy. Before the the church of revelation that is the body of Christ existed; in the OT, God even says that Israel is his wife. I hate what some girls are doing to tempt you. Today I was on my facebook and on the sideline was a profile picture of a girl that took her picture in a mirror and all she was wearing was her undies. She thought she should make this her profile picture and I am appalled at this behavior. Facebook was suggesting that I make her my friend because she was a friend of a friend of mine. Good grief I was so angry at girls that are so seductive to my brothers, sons, etc. You guys can help them not do this by not commenting how 'sexy' they look but by encouraging them that they don't have to lower themselves to this behavior and what true beauty means. Show them God's love and lead them away from this…be like their Christian brother and lead them to Jesus instead of more of the same when you encounter this. Since I am raising 4 teenage boys, this subject is something I have researched. Pornography is related to this topic and xxxchurch.com has so much info to help on this topic. They also provide free accountability reports to accountability partners. The guys in my home have all asked me to be their accountability partner and I am humbled to have this kind of open relationship with them and that they trust me with this. They say that it has really helped them. One of the articles that I read on their site was powerful and worth reading so I will paste it here:

That is a lie as per the truth of God, with many added deceptions that you have believed. Religion has painted this picture of sexual relations for decades. Lust/sexual desire, between a man and a woman is precedent for pro-creation.

If you spent time on the xxxchurch.com site, you would realize that they do not turn the beauty of sexuality into something perverse.  They claim that satan has done that.  

Also, my sons don't feel 'controlled' by me, they feel free in their spirit to not treat their girlfriends in a manner leading them away from holiness and I am extremely proud of them.  They have made their own decisions on this.

And, 'consentual sex' usually isn't consenting to the possible and likely disease passed around nor the innocent baby that is often conceived.  I was encouraging a young unmarried pregnant relative of mine just this past weekend to love and forgive the young man that impregnated her unknowingly and decided that he didn't want to be a dad.  Their 'consentual sex' turned into a new life and an unmarried woman raising him/her.  This 'consentual sex' you support, changed her life forever…also the biological father's.

I wouldn't want that start for my sons, so I will stick to what I understand a walk in the Spirit and not the flesh to look like.  Thanks anyway.

Kathi, I agree with you a 100%. I wish all Mothers would teach their Son's and Daughters like you have done. Masturbating is called fornication, and a Sin. Tim is so wrong in His believe that all has been fulfilled. Why would Jesus give us the Great Commandment and then teach that all is done away with. As an ex porn viewer, I saw that it was sexual fear factor, that was as addictive if not more addictive then drugs or alcohol(even though I never did drugs or alcohol). I think women have more control in the lesbian stuff. SO what was the harm or cost?

1. Hurt the trust of my family.

2. I have a harder time going to sleep because of the “vivid nightmares” and it's harder to fight off masturbation.

3. Feel like i'm just another pig when I look at a woman.

That is good for you to admit this, I hope it will help you. You mentioned that you have trouble going to sleep. I used to lay in bed and think about a bunch of things that I didn't get done or would like to do or some frustration, then I started listening to my iPod and podcasts of favorite Christian speakers and it has really helped me fall asleep with Jesus thoughts on my mind. To All……….Jesus said if a man looks upon a women (a married women) to lust after her , he has committed Adultery with her in his Heart. I put the words (married )in there because it would not be Adultery if the women was not married. the word adultery means breaking of Covenant, it has nothing to do with lust except to the degree it creates or causes an adulterous act.

Jesus said if a Man puts a women away save for fornication, he causes her to commit adultery. Now how does he (the man) cause her to commit adultery, what if she has not herself committed the act of adultery? how doe she become a Adulteress , by the simple fact the man by putting her away causes her to break her covenant she made with the man when she married him the caused her to be and adulteress. And even More the one who marries the Women that was devoiced also is a Adultery how? because She now an adulteress and by marrying another man she became one with him and so what she is the man also she married became npow becomes an adulterer also.

Most people do not even know what Adultery really is nor what Fornication (falsehood) is either. Adultery is about breaking covenants, Fornication is about a False relationship a living LIE.

Jesus said… There are eunuchs who are born eunuchs from berth, and there were eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs for the kingdom of GOD'S sake. When a man is Castrated he no longer desires sex those hormones no longer are at work in his body and as a result he no longer desires sex Period. GOD can bring this about in a person he choses to , i believe Jesus was one such person , Daniel was also one and there were probably others also. As men age their testosterone begins to diminish and so does their sex desires also. If God has not removed this in your life it is a natural function for you to desire sex and cause you to act in was to relieve these desires working in you. In time it will diminish if not completely leave you. It is not a sin unless used wrongly it is a normal function of the body. IMO

Jesus was not making a law but he was providing an example.   Phanisizing about sinning is sinning in your heart, whatever the sin may be.  

Do you believe a man can love someone and also fantasize about hating them?   Isn't the very idea an absurdity.  

It is the case of having a white washed exterior and an interior full of corruption.
