Is baptism needed for salvation?

In baptism we are CLOTHED with Christ[gal 3.27]

Some are found at the wedding feast not wearing the correct garments.

They are shocked to find themselves thrown out.

Nicodemus was told in spiritual terms.
The apostles obeyed his Spirit to the letter and Acts is full of their water baptisms.

Jesus told Nicodemus you cannot be born of water a second time!

Do you think the waters of childbirth are PURE WATER??
