You can easily make a link by clicking on the http:// button above the area where you post. Once clicked, you will be prompted for the link and then the name of that link. The code will then be inserted at the bottom of your post. You can then continue to add the rest of your post after the link if you so wish.
Here is also an example of HTML code for making a link:
