Nick, certainly God works in us, but does he take over our body and only use us as a vessel for his work?

The Word WAS GOD.
So what did the WORD become?
NHThe Word didnt change. The Word was/is Spirit.
The Word was tabernacled among us and we beheld his glory.
Hence he was God in the flesh.
That which is Spirit is Spirit, that which is flesh is flesh.
The Word was eternal and still is.
What do you think, the Word that was with God and was God changed in nature?
If the Word was God, could God change?
No the Word emptied himself of all his rights as God without diminishing his nature and took on the form of man, and being found in fashion as a man, humbled himself even to the death of the cross. Yet even in the putting to death of his flesh the Eternal Word lived and raised his own temple up again.
Only God could be our Savior and only God still is.

Pastor Adam…..I read your posted articles and Do agree with them the present the truth of John 1:1 as i see it also.People Just do not realize the changes of the texts that took place by inserting the word (Him) for (it) and changing the original text by capitalizing the Word (WORD) to try to make it appear as a separate person, when in fact it refers to GOD the Father Himself.
Good information everyone needs to read it.

NHNo the Word was before he came in the flesh and was born as a Son.
Simple. Get it now?
June 6, 2008 at 12:52 am#91495NickHassanParticipantHi WJ,
Was he God in flesh or was God IN his vessel/flesh?
We follow him and we cannot be God in flesh.June 6, 2008 at 4:32 am#91530Worshipping JesusParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ June 06 2008,12:52)
Hi WJ,
Was he God in flesh or was God IN his vessel/flesh?Well according to your doctrine God wasnt in him until the Jordan. However if the Word was God and the Word was tabernacled among us then God was in the flesh.
No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only,,who is at the Father's side, has made him known. John 1:18

We follow him and we cannot be God in flesh.Thats because we are not the Word who was and is God.
But God is in your flesh temple is he not?

In the beginning was the Father and the Father was with God and the Father was God.
And the Father was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld the Father's glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:1, 14 Gene's version.

First you LIE about the word (WORD) not meaning (word) and changing it to mean Jesus and now you LIE about what i think. I see your accusations are in line with the god you serve. He was a LIER in the beginning also.
