Pierre, I can see why you would not see it with your translation.
I noticed that some translations say 'of thy brothers the prophets' and others do not.So I can also see how most will have trouble with seeing this.
God Bless

Hi Marlin,Rev 22:8-9 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen,
I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel(G32) which showed me these things.
Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant(G4889), and of thy
brethren(G80) the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.G32: ἄγγελος, ου, ὁ

Hi Nick,That's a good observation. I thought Mike might be
trying to make a point, but perhaps he just likes to debate.
Why? Why would you and Nick try to AVOID the point I'm making by making this about me “arguing with scriptures” or “liking to debate”?Is this your “last resort” because you can't address the actual SCRIPTURES I've posted?
Will you both please just DIRECTLY answer my bolded question at the top of page 22?

Scriptures don't argue with scripture, Nick.(1)Is there literally only ONE kurios in existence like Paul says? Or (2)are there many kurios in existence like Paul says?
I know the answer, do you? What is your answer, Nick?
Hi Mike, thanks for the invite.Your attempts to make Jesus 'a god' is futile!
Is there a God beside me? yea,
there is no God; I know not any. (Isaiah 44:8)
“The word”(ho Logos) is the HolySpirit; face the FACTS!1) Yea, there is ONLY one owner of Creation.
2) Yea, there are many “masters” here on Earth.2 Corinthians 1:20:
“For all the promises of God in him are yea,
and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”2 Corinthians 1:17-18 When I therefore was thus minded, did I use lightness? or the things that I purpose,
do I purpose according to the flesh, that with me there should be yea yea, and nay nay?
But as God is true, our word toward you was not (ONLY) yea and nay.God bless

Hmmm………..If I recall, you earlier said that Jehovah is the ONLY “owner-lord”, and Jesus is the ONLY “master-lord”. But now you seem to be acknowledging OTHER master/lords.
How do you explain this inconsistency, Ed?
February 19, 2012 at 4:45 pm#279378Ed JParticipantHi Mike,
1Cor.8:5-6 For though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth,
(as there be gods many, and lords many,) 6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of

Why would we play these games with you?February 19, 2012 at 5:54 pm#279409mikeboll64BlockedWhy are they games, Nick? Scripture says there is one god, and scripture says there are many gods.
Scripture says there is one lord, and scripture says there are many lords.
I know how to understand what you call “scripture arguing with scripture”. I'm trying to show it to you and Ed. Why fight me on it? I haven't posted anything but scripture so far – so why fight me?

Nick, how many lords are there in existence? Scripture says “one”, and scripture says “many”. How many are there, Nick?
