    Hi SOL,
It would be better to teach from what is written than from aspects you like of what is written.

actually I do teach from what is written.

Many scriptures that are not in the roman catholic canon share my views.

Then i demonstrate that even within the canon these same views are hidden amongst the catholic forgeries.

    Hi SOL,
Yes you dd teach from some of what is written
And use other extraneous sources as well

    Hi,
Those who are holding the scriptures up to public mockery are also despising the Spirit of God Who wrote them. They would not do that if the feared our God and His warning about speaking against His Spirit.

    Hi,
The Word of God is of the Spirit of God.
Those who do not fear God would savage the sacred writings should remember there is one unforgiveable sin.

    Mark 3:29
But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin.”

Those that Love Their heavenly Father don't fear Him, but the fearful and the unbelieving shall have their part of the lake of fire. Love cast out fear for fear has torment. And (NOTHING) is perfected in FEAR. But you brethren have not come to that mountain to FEAR as (THEY) did, but you have come to that heavenly city whose builder and maker is God. My joy i give unto Jesus said. Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord (Shall) be saved. I have come that you may have life more abundantly. The fear of the Lord is the (BEGINNING) of righteousness, Just the beginning, but we are not to stay there. all those who love God are not afraid of Him, if God be for you who can be against you, but those who are (fearful) are the unbelieving.

Peace to all who LOVE God and Jesus Christ and who have true Faith, Jesus said my peace i give you. and again do not fear little sheep it is your Fathers good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.

People don't be deceived by fear mongers, Put you trust in the Father and in Jesus Christ, He who began a work in you will see it to completion. Don't get snared by fear mongers. Study to show (YOURSELF) approved unto God rightly dividing the word of truth. Brethren you have no need of a teacher for the spirit will teach you all things. Nothing can stop the learning process more then Fear, do not let any one put that trip on You. No matter how arrogant they talk .

Peace to the Israel of God……………….. gene

    Hi,
    Rom11
19Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.

20Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

21For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

so lets all go around full of fear because God who began a work in us is going to break us off and cast us away, so we should just walk around always wearing about that right.

You simply are a fear monger, and i believe proving your self faithless.
Do you think people come here to be intimidated by you. like you are some great authority on Gods word over us. I have seen many bible thumping fear monger in my day and they were as phonies as a three dollar bill. You need to go sell your fear to some one else We don't need you to tell us How we are to worship and obey God or His word for that matter.
In my view you are a hinderer to any good dialog on the site. None of us can even talk or express our feelings and opinions with out you jumping in and screwing things up, you stop all dialog on subject matter by you constant interference, your suppose to be a monitor not a constant interferer.

    Hi,
Some believe we no longer need the godly fear with which we must regard our father God.

    Heb 12
28Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

29For our God is a consuming fire.

Some think we no longer need to work out our salvation in fear and trembling.

    Philippians 2:12
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

It seems their god is too small.

Nick…….It your God thats small he can create righteousness in you he need your help to do that
I have said all along people who are called and chosen of God (WILL DO) HIS will because It is GOD in them causing them to, BY HIS GRACE. Without which they in a millon years could never produce true righteousness, and if you think different your only kidding yourself. WE are created unto good works, why do you always want to leave God out of the picture. AS if it just you and God gets no credit for anything he does. Jesus was not that way, saying he could do nothing of himself , but you think you can do it yourself right by your human efforts. Good luck your going to need it. I believe i'll trust God to help me overcome as Jesus did, and GOd was able to save Him i think he is able to save me also.

    IMO

    Hi GB,
    Asking is scriptural.

    Matthew 5:42
Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

    Matthew 6:8
Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

    Matthew 7:7
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

    Matthew 7:8
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

    Matthew 7:9
Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

    Matthew 7:10
Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

    Matthew 7:11
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

    Matthew 18:19
Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

    Matthew 21:22
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

    Luke 11:9
And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

    Luke 11:10
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

    Luke 11:11
If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?

    Luke 11:12
Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?

    Luke 11:13
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Of course no true follower would just assume he was already complete without asking for grace would he?
Those who do not ask do not have[Jas]

Nick….i totally believe that we should always ask for things and seek and knock i have alway done the that and still do , I have my whole life hanging on to the Father and Jesus Christ everything i am and have, if that were to leave me i would die without hope. Just one thought of him leaving me would destory me. I know the Father is indeed LOVE he has had mercy on me all my life and i know that.

    Then Gene,
Perhaps you should stop teaching God has already done all and tell folks they have to cling to Him.
No one is already sufficient but ever dependant on walking in the ongoing supply of grace accesssible in prayer.
Teach weakness and dependancy and constant seeking, not resting in what we think we already have been given.

    2 Corinthians 12:9
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

    Hi,
A reminder to listen to the apostles
    Acts 13:26
Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent.

    Romans 3:18
There is no fear of God before their eyes.

    2 Corinthians 7:1
Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

    Ephesians 5:21
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

    Colossians 3:22
    Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God;

    Hebrews 12:28
Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

    1 Peter 2:17
Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.

nick……lets define the word fear because if you are teaching it as a way to salvation, then please explain these verses, the fearful and the unbelieving will have their part in the lake of fire,
LOVE CAST OUT FEAR because FEAR has torment. And NOTHING IS PERFECTED IN FEAR> FEAR not Little Children it is your Fathers good pleasure to give you the Kingdom. These and more are all found in scripture, so what do you do with them Nick, tare them out of you bible and Just focus on fear in in fact the word means respect and not trembling like a bowel or jelly. Godly fear is not the kind of fear you speak of. IMO.

    Hi GB,
Do you not know the difference between carnal fear and the godly reverence for our God?
    The second is of Grace.

    Acts 19:17
This became known to all, both Jews and Greeks, who lived in Ephesus; and fear fell upon them all and the name of the Lord Jesus was being magnified.

    2 Corinthians 5:11
Therefore, knowing the fear of the Lord, we persuade men, but we are made manifest to God; and I hope that we are made manifest also in your consciences.

    Colossians 3:22
Slaves, in all things obey those who are your masters on earth, not with external service, as those who merely please men, but with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord.
