Nick…….So are you comparing scripture with scripture? Then what do you make of where Jesus said the (WORDS) i am speaking to you (ARE) SPIRIT, where do you see where Jesus said the WORDS were SPIRIT (BEINGS) at, as you say they are. So it is you who deny and refuse to accept what Jesus (PLAINLY) said. But you have no problem adding to scripture to fit you religious dogmas, which are closer to Gnosticism then anything i have said. And by the way Gnostic's also believed the the Word mentioned in John 1:1 was proving Jesus was GOD and his preexistence also. SO you may be more of a Gnostic then you think brother.
