If a post in a topic is posted for the purpose of derailing the topic or discussing a pet topic not related to the topic at hand, I will be deleting it.
Bear that in mind before you spend precious time posting such posts.
There are plenty of topics out there and you have the ability to create new ones, so your post will always have a home, unless it breaks the rules.
I will only be doing this with members who have a pattern of derailing or spamming topics.
This will not affect most members, just a few who have a habit of steering many topics they post in toward their pet doctrines.

There is a couple of methods to derail a topic that you did not mention.
1) Ad Hominem fallacy
2) Red Herring fallacyWhat you mention may or may not fall in the secound one depending on how relevant it is.
