God honours His Son.
So did the greatest prophet, John the baptist.
You should honour the son, just as you honour God.Hi Gene.
I know you honor the Son, as I also do. The last post is an failed attempt to imply you do not. It is an attempt to distract one away from the previous discussion, when one realizes he is out of ammunition for a meaningfull reply. I, also have had this tactict used on me numerous times, but I'm sure we are used to these distractions that try change the subject when one feels defeated in the debate.God bless.

Nick……. We all know that, Again your making it like some are not looking to the word of God (BUT) you saying what your saying makes it look like you are while there not. Who gave you the right to Judge God's Heritage , They will stand or fall to their own master and stand they will because God is Able to make them Stand. You should follow the words of Christ yourself and let God judge those who you think are not. How can anyone follow the Master if they cannot hear his words or place those of men above them?Nick…..Its not about whose the master or not its about the Spirit of truth. Doesn't it say The student is not above the teacher, then goes on to say “Its enough he is the (SAME) as the teacher”. God did not give Jesus the truth to lord it overs us, but so we can come to the (FULL) measure of HIM. as it says “until we ALL come unto the (FULL) measure of Christ”. Lets (ALL) strive to edify each other Nick and see that we don't put a stumbling block in our brothers path.

You should not deny the Master elevating only the precious Spiritual contents of His vessel.
God praised his son, told men to listen to him and gave Jesus the highest position of glory in His kingdom.Nick…..I give God the Father the Highest Position in the Kingdom of God, I look at Jesus as My elder Brother who our Father Placed over us to guide us into a right relationship Him. Remember it says we are to acknowledge Jesus (TO THE GLORY OF GOD). God the Father is the ONLY TRUE SOVEREIGN BEING THERE IS>every thing Jesus does or will do is to the GLORY OF THE FATHER.

Nick…….No we need whats makes the vine grow that the Spirit of God, because without that even the vine it self would die. You seem to worship Jesus higher then you do the Father, Your need to worship who Jesus worshiped and obeyed. That is the Father focus on the Father and He will let you understand what Jesus was saying and who he was saying it to. You might be getting the cart ahead of the Horse brother. Remember Jesus is a work of God not a work of Jesus, Jesus was giving us the Fathers Words not His own. The Father is not limited to Just Jesus as you seem to think.

Jesus is the vine.
The Spirit is the life in the vine but Jesus is that vine.
You must be joined with Jesus Christ to share the life that God gives the vine.Nick……..right and it's God that puts you in the vine not yourself , It's the GRACE OF GOD. Some on there own try to join themselves to the vine but can not produce fruit and these God takes away, but the Father knows the fruit canes even as a pruner knows them and will leave those canes (branches) attached, for it is God who attached them. The true branches did not attach themselves. Only the false ones try to.

Nick……….You seem to want to be the potter, not the clay. Think about it brother. You can call it magic if you want, but GOD is the (ONLY) creator there is and we shouldn't deny his SOVEREIGNTY over His creation. And it does say we are (CREATED) unto good works. It does not say, we create ourselves unto good works by our so-called free choices does it.
