February 25, 2008 at 7:43 pm#105593acertainchapParticipantLot's wife was almost saved but not quite. Almost is not good enough.
Luke 17:28-32
28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. 30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. 31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. 32 Remember Lot's wife.
*Don't look back.
Genesis 19:23-26
23 By the time Lot reached Zoar, the sun had risen over the land. 24 Then the LORD rained down burning sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah—from the LORD out of the heavens. 25 Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, including all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land. 26 But Lot's wife looked back, and she became a pillar of salt.

February 25, 2008 at 10:13 pm#105595TimothyVIParticipantTrick question.

[a] Paul
Bildad
[c] Moses
[d] DavidMay 2, 2008 at 4:47 pm#105601Not3in1ParticipantSince I've never heard of Bildad – I'll choose him!
Paul used to kick peoples butts, so he probably wasn't too short. David could have been short? But he was King and so probably not. I'm not sure about Moses.
