Scripture is used for reproof, correction, etc. When we use scripture this way, it is not done so a person falls, but so a person learns from scripture a better way.
You teach a certain eschatology and so what you teach is open to being judged in the manner that this scripture suggests.
I too teach on the end-times, but the difference is I a say that this is a theory and it may not happen. But I only bring it to these forums as it is worthy IMO of discussion. But how do you take it? You rubbish it and then say your one is the correct view. You don’t say it is a theory, or something to consider, rather that it is the truth. You have even belittled and mocked others saying they lack eschatological knowledge.
This is why I post that scripture. If an Islamic Empire doesn’t rise in the Middle East, then I cannot be rebuked or corrected, because I have stressed time and time again that is one theory among others and to watch for the signs and to see what eventuates. But when your views fail, then you need to be rebuked because you teach it as fact.

I believe that this is the wise thing to do because it then keeps you open to seeing the signs of the times, rather than ignoring them because you are looking the other way at a some other predefined end-time view.
Wisdom is great treasure, More valuable than all the world’s gold. While knowledge is treasure too, it can puff up people when it is not handled with wisdom.
Just as you warned us here with a statement and video as proof that all will be chipped by march 2013, I knew fully well when you posted that, that you would be proven wrong. I think that this is not going to be an isolated case either. So no, I don’t want anyone to fall, rather I encourage all to handle truth with wisdom. I have told you this before and I why would I tell people this if I want to see them fall. If I wanted that, I would say nothing and watch you fall, rather than warn you beforehand.
I am trying to get people here to lift the quality of their teaching here in Heaven Net. Most are teachings here are sub-standard. If you are going to teach, then make sure you know you are teaching the truth. Those that teach falsely will be judged more harshly than non-teachers. If you do not know, then do not say you know and try to convince others. Just be honest, be open, teachable, and look at the signs of his coming. If you think you know, then say so. Don’t say that you know the future with absolute certainty. You do not even know if you will be alive tomorrow.

How can you compere what is happening, with prophesies, if you don’t know the prophesies? What are you going to compare it with? What foundation will you use?
That is not how it is done, interpreting God’s prophesies.
First; understand the prophesies, than compare world happenings with that knowledge have received. Can not be done correctly otherwise. Your attention was on this islam thing, because of what you see in the news; and because of W. Shoebat,

Wakeup, you made it the heading of the topic and you stated it again in the post.
But my advice stands. If you teach things as if they are so, then they have to be true.
But you are allowed to highlight a theory, say something might be true, or quote statements elsewhere, but make sure you are not preaching them as absolute truth.
I had you up about this before a while back when I said you are basically coming across as saying you have the truth and everyone else is wrong. Then you went further and started to belittle everyone else as if you were the truth on the subject of prophecy.
I am encouraging you to be wise with knowledge. It will help you to keep an open mind and you will see things when God reveals them in his time. Too many times people ruin prophecy for others by acting in such ways when they are open minded to the truth. That is a shame because blessed are those who understand.
I am trying to encourage real discussion here. This is not about drawing men away from Christ and to themselves and their own philosophies. We all need to read scripture for ourselves and engage in good discussion about it and be reasonable. It is annoying how many people have pet doctrines and just spend their lives spamming them over every forum they can. They ruin it for everyone.
