Don’t believe something just because the mainstream media reported it. Listen to all sides of the story and judge for yourself.
Get yourself other sources for news that report on things the MSM refuse to cover and social media companies censor. Try free speech platforms like Gab or Parler as alternatives to Twitter and Facebook. Watch videos on Rumble instead of YouTube. Read the Western Journal, OAN, or Epoch Times as alternatives to CNN or Fox. It is amazing what stories the MSM avoid covering for political reasons. It’s not only China or North Korea that feeds propaganda to its populace.
Remember this. It is us who give companies and corporations their power by using their services. Boycott the ones who do not allow free speech. Take the Internet back. If you cannot give up some of these services full time, at least use other services to get some balance.
