The Fuel Project is really good…but how come YOU use Trinitarian material for your Unitarian web site…???
Sort of like hijacking the truth to make your lie look believable…!!!
In response to several requests for a Fuel Statement of Faith, here is a short summary of core beliefs.
1. The divine inspiration, authority, sufficiency and inerrancy of the Bible. 2. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. One God – three Persons. 3. The virgin birth, the perfect deity and the perfect humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ. 4. The death of the Lord Jesus Christ upon the cross as the only perfect and effective sacrifice for sin, His subsequent burial, literal resurrection and ascension into heaven. 5. The personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth for and with true believers in Him. 6. The fall of man which renders all people sinners before God, necessitating the Sacrifice of Christ and the regenerating and sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit. 7. The justification of the sinner by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone. 8. Death is not final. There is life after death and the dead will be raised either to life or condemnation. 9. The personality of the Devil.
DavidL, I can use any material, so long as the material is not promoting false doctrine. I often quote from people who have said something true, but that is no reflection on how I may feel about other stuff they have said.
If I could only quote from perfect people, then I would never quote any man, bar Jesus Christ.
This post was nothing to do with the Trinity. The video doesn’t mention it and I did not post it to solidify the truth that there is one true God the Father.
It is simply about swearing. If you see any other motive in there, you are wrong.
truth is you’re the one promoting false doctrine… if these believers (who openly acknowledge the truth of the Trinity), knew you use their material on your site, they would not be happy…because you are mixing the truth they promote with the anti-trinity teaching you propagate – subtly aligning their name with something they don’t accept.
You are not happy that eternal life is to know the only true God AND his son Jesus Christ?
John 17:3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
I am happy to teach this. If people are offended about the Father being the one true God and Jesus is the son of the one true God and the one that God made both Lord and Christ, then let them be offended.
“Anyone who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; anyone on whom it falls will be crushed.”
I bet we all do that. There are things that Rick Joyner believes that you do not etc. Does that mean we can only quote things from people we are in 100% agreement with? If so, then there would be zero unity in the Church probably. Paul didn’t always see eye to eye with others for example, but that didn’t stop him from working with them.
I do not consider those who believe in the Trinity Doctrine as not being followers of Christ and never have. I would have to reject my earlier self who saw the grace and love of God, while I believed that doctrine because I thought I was suppose to.
Most do not understand that doctrine anyway and do not push it onto others. I am more wary of teachers of that doctrine, not the poor person who has been told they must believe it. False teachers will be judged more harshly.
I have always and will continue to quote from anyone who I believe has spoken truthfully regarding a certain thing. That doesn’t mean that I endorse everything they say.
Denying the true Deity of Jesus Christ is a major heresy.. That in essence divides true Biblical Christianity from cult groups.
Those who believe and teach the true Gospel of Jesus Christ would in no way want to be associated with your site, simply because of the magnitude of your error.
