Terrarica,
What you wrote is true, but NOT THE ENTIRE TRUTH:
======
there are dozens of clear scriptures that says Jesus is THE SON OF GOD ,
there are clear scriptures that says JESUS HAS A GOD
there are clear scriptures that says that JESUS CALLED HIS GOD FATHER
there are clear scriptures that says jESUS CAME TO DO HIS FATHER /GOD…[Read more]

Terrarica,
False? None is false, because each is supported by Bible verses.
When each statement is supported by Bible verses, then none is false, and on the contrary, anybody who says that such Biblically-supported statements are false is false in his statement. So, by saying that my belief is false, you are making a false accusation, based NOT…[Read more]

“remember that God does not listen to men that follow their own view and understanding of him and his son ,”
Who follows their own view and understanding about God and His Son? I belive it’s you! Not I! Because I follow what the entire Bible says, but you formulate your own view about God. You try to rationalize Him.
Trinitarians are devil…[Read more]

OK, I think you are right about the use of the word theos there…
So, you think Thomas was saying that Jesus was what kind of theos there?
Part of the god of the world? An angel? or his (Thomas’) theos?
I believe Thomas clearly says that Jesus is “his theos”.
Now, we know that Thomas is a Jew, and who is the God of the Jews? YHWH!
So,…[Read more]

Yes.
Jesus said that His Father sent Him in many verses.

You said: Saying you believe these words means nothing if in principle you deny them.
How do I deny that verse in principle?
Because I believe that what the Scripture teaches that Jesus is God?
So, are you saying that by believing that Jesus is the Son of God sent by the Father, we CANNOT believe that Jesus is God? Because that is…[Read more]

T8,
Hmmm… now I see that you resort to saying that “theos” applies to many things… I guess you are wrong. The term “el” or “elohim” do, but “theos” apply only to God. That’s what I know.
Well, as I see it, you repeatedly claim that you believe in the scripture, but as I have shown you, you only believe in A PART of the Scripture only, not…[Read more]

T8,
Let me tell you what I think about Trinitarian belife/doctrine: it is simply illogical.
Jesus is the Son of God, and He is God. So, is He the Son of Himself? Illogical.
Jesus is distinct from the Father, and yet He is the same as the Father. How is that even possible? Illogical.
If Jesus is God, then did God send Himself to the world?…[Read more]

So in short, when asked these questions, here are where we differ:
Do you believe that Jesus is distinct from the Father? We: Yes. You: Yes
Do you believe that Jesus is the same as the Father? We: Yes (Jesus said, John 10:30 “I and My Father are one.”) You: No.
Do you believe that Jesus has all the power of God? We: Yes. You: Yes.
Do you…[Read more]Togel replied to the topic Revelation 1:8 in the forum Truth or Tradition 8 years ago
T8,
There is no use that you point me to some verses in the Bible, because we, Trinitarians, believe in the ENTIRE scripture, WITHOUT exception.
So, do I believe what you wrote above? YES, Yes! Yes with all my heart. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, like Peter said, and yes, I believe that He is distinct from the Father.
But what about…[Read more]

T8,
Sorry, my statement was not complete, it should be:
Trinitarians admit that Jesus is the Son of God, and also God, and IS the Father, but NOT the Father.
Togel replied to the topic Revelation 1:8 in the forum Truth or Tradition 8 years ago
T8,
Trinitarians admit that Jesus is the Son of God, and also God, but not the Father. Nobody is saying that Jesus is God and so the Father is not. Who is saying that?
The problem with you guys is that you try to measure God with your own logic. That because Jesus is the Son of God, He cannot be God, because if He is God, then who is the Father?…[Read more]

T8,
I see, so that’s how you refute it, by going back to the translation…. translation is always disputable and some people prefer to translate the scripture themselves…
Ok, if you think Jesus is not God, then WHAT is He? Don’t tell me that he is the Son of God, because trinitarians also believe that he is the Son of God.

T8,
I am still having this question: how Roman 9:5 is refuted.
In that verse, Paul clearly says that the Messiah is God.
Peter apparently also says the same thing.

Terrarica,
I believe Jael does not believe in the Trinity.
Perhaps you are trying to talk to me? I don’t know, but in case yes, here are my answers to your question:
answer this ;does Jesus the son of God as a God ? YES
did Peter said about Jesus that he is the “son of the living God “? YES
does scriptures says that Jesus sad at the righ…[Read more]

Terrarica,
Did Peter write “and our savior Jesus Christ”? NO!
It was you who wrote it like that, but you put that into Peter’s mouth, as if he was saying “our God and our Savior, Jesus Christ”, two beings.
Read again carefully:
To those who have obtained a faith of equal standing with ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus…[Read more]

Terrarica,

T8,
Sorry for the mistake. I actually intended my reply to Terrarica not you.

T8,
Well, how I see it is that Paul here clearly states that Christ is God. In other places he clearly says that Christ is the Son of God, sitting on the right hand of God (Col 3:1). So, I see it as saying that the Son of God, who is Jesus the Christ, is also God.
Simon Peter also says the same thing, in 2 Peter 1:1
2Pe 1:1 (ESV) Simeon…[Read more]
