T8, you’re all over the board except for one important thing, you haven’t tried to debunk the video.

You have tried to get me to argue with myself, something that still doesn’t make sense to me. If I didn’t think the video has validity I wouldn’t have posted it. Then you bring up any wild accusation that you think can help you stall so you don’t have to address the video. But what is probably the most cringe worthy part of this is that you believe that no one notices. THEY DO!

So time is up, either you keep your word like any believer in Messiah should or you can figure out the alternative. I have seen plenty of other posts you have made elsewhere so I know you have time to play around so therefore you have time for this video as well and I suspect you have more than plenty of time. So what’s the deal? Why won’t you keep your word and address the video?

I think that the term “body” in 1 Cor 10 is a collective body. This is backed up by the phrase, “we who are many are one body”.

The question that came to my mind was what is the identity of this “one body”? I’m sure you have hit on a very important aspect of this body, having the Holy Spirit within them. Also, walking in the ways of God are another integral aspect of being a member of the body. But is this singular Body of Messiah identified in the scriptures? Is their identity clearly spelled out and verified by multiple scriptural witnesses?

Jodi, I believe that the “one bread” reference speaks about there being only one body of Messiah.

 

I Cor 10:16-17 Is not the cup of blessing which we bless a sharing in the blood of Christ? Is not the bread which we break a sharing in the body of Christ? 17 Since there is one bread, we who are many are one body; for we all partake of the one bread.

 

It is a reoccurring theme in Scripture that there is only one “people of God”. So the question that comes to mind is what identity does that people have?
