It had been raining for days and days, and a terrible flood had come over the land. The waters rose so high that one man was forced to climb onto the roof of his house. As the waters rose higher and higher, a man in a rowboat appeared, and told him to get in. “No,” replied the man on the roof. “I have faith in the Lord; the Lord will save me.” So…[Read more]

After getting all of Pope Benedict's luggage loaded into the limo, (and he doesn't travel light), the driver notices the Pope still standing on the curb. “Excuse me, Your Holiness,” says the driver,” Would you please take your seat so we can leave?” “Well, to tell you the truth,” says the Pope, “they never let me drive at the Vatican when I was a…[Read more]

I only came across it because I put 'Jehovah' in the search. It has made me think of when I applyed to join this site and it asked my why I wanted to join, I…[Read more]

No not like that although I really like that scripture, its a good one to reflect on before praying.I have my own belief about the trinity but, I prayed that I may have true understanding so that it would not become a stumbling block for me. I envisioned he would show me wether the trinity was true or not, however he showed me not to worry about…[Read more]

The trinity issue is a big one and after reading many posts and writings about it, I prayed for understand about it. The answer I got was, I find it hard enough to understand the worldly matters of being a christian, so how much less am I going to understand heavenly things. Its funny God never seems to answer my prayers the way I think he will .…[Read more]
