Was Gabriel Fathered the day he spoke to Mary or did he come down from heaven to tell of the coming of the Son?

In my religion the answer is Michael, it was known in ancient times on earth long before the fall, before Adam and Eve came to earth. It was revealed once again in the Urantia revelation along with a tremendous amount of new information about God and his many subordinate Sons and Daughters.
