I have only belief in one god and son christ jesus.
Have you ever belief stu in that?
No, I have moral standards. Christianity is immoral.Stuart
Hi Stuart,Why does Stuart believe love is immoral?
John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That
ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. (Luke 6:31)God bless

March 9, 2011 at 9:43 am#238549pace e amoreParticipantStu, those are you opinions of sacrifice and things.
I don't challenge god of that as i love god. What of the good things? because there are good things EVERYWHERE. And all the bad is man made. And man has had a chance to do it their way, but they can't because look at what they hav done. And god has stood back and waits patiently, see?

What god?The god that killed Uzzah who was only trying to help?
The god that boasts about slaughtering another 24,000,000 people? I bet you think It has a good reason!
All the “good” is just as man-made as all the “bad”! Why do you have such a miserable view of your fellow humans? Does your god demand that of you?

March 9, 2011 at 10:10 am#238552StuParticipantCan any christian here actually put up a sound and universally convincing ethical argument for the morality of having another man put to death for what you did wrong?
Or, if you are into this mindless “men are bad” nonsense can you justify the immoral precept that there was something wrong with you even before you were born?
I think these are good reasons not to call oneself a christian. Of course they are just two of hundreds of reasons.
The most moral statement I can think of is Matthew 7:12. But even that is fatally flawed and simply improved by the statement “don't do unto others what you would not have others do unto you”.
Christianity is unquestionably immoral.

Hi Stuart,That was not written by a “Prophet” of God!
The scribe of the King is as reliable to truth
as 'the press secretary' to the President is.
We have discussed this before, remember?Nicole Tesla did surmise “The Ark”(63) acted
much like a giant capacitor; explaining why
“YHVH”(63) explained how to use wooden
staves to safely move The Ark in transport. (Exodus 25:13-15)God's Signature
The Bible(63) → AKJV Bible(74)יהוה=26 (God's Name: YHVH pronounced YÄ-hä-vā)
YHVH=63 (God's Name יהוה translated into English)
Jesus=74 (God's Son's name in English is: “Joshua”)
HolySpirit=151 (“FATHER: The Word”: in all believers)
God The Father=117 (Representing “GOD”: יהוה האלהים)God bless

The only good is NOT MANmade it is GOD made.
You know. Loved ones. And all of the world……….like the tigers and elephants, the baby lambs, golden beaches, sunsets, mountains, and trees and birds. Man never made that, man only ruined it.
God did'nt.
And all god wants us to do is to love one another and to look after all that he has given us to.
Uzzah? what is it?
March 9, 2011 at 9:48 pm#238631pace e amoreParticipantStu, your question of yesterday. I think it is about sacrifice and why.
Can a cat understand a man and why he needs to do some things??? or can a baby understand an adults world?? We are NOWHERE like god so how on earth could we POSSIBLY understand god and why some things are needed??? can you create a whole universe? No. Man can'not of course so just as a cat can'not create an internet world! can it?
So god too does things and we just don't understand yet.

I don't know where you go to forgive your god. Would there be a place, or can you just mumble to your Imaginary Friend from any locality?LORD, you could say, LORD I forgive your monstrous trespass on my fellow humans. I guess you knew not what you were doing.

Uzzah? what is it?
Indeed. Uzzah what is it.2 Samuel 6:2-6:11
It is true that humans have been responsible for destruction of habitats and extinctions of animal and plant species, and actually there is a long history of this stretching back tens of thousands of years.
But you have not said in what way these things you list are “god made”. That just seems to be a claim of yours that means nothing. Actually how did mountains come about, and in what way would you claim that they are the intended result of an action of your god?
As for what god wants, are you claiming to know the mind of your god? What do you think the goals of your god are? Why would a god have those goals? How do you think these goals are going, given that the mythology alleges your god had to kill almost all of its “creation” at one point. See my sig line for another such thought.
Did your god demonstrate its style of love by killing Uzzah? That's pretty tough love!

To which question is this an answer?I'll assume you mean the one about having another human sacrificed for the wrong you have done.
You “answer” apparently is that we cannot understand the actions of your god, even though just above you were claiming to know the mind of god.
Do you have a straight story on this, or do you only know what your god wants when it is convenient for you to know?

First Cor 3:16, Know ye not that YE are the temple of God.
You can see and meet god on your couch or in the sea or in the dessert or on the moon, you don't need to be anywhere in particular. A looad of hogwash if people say you do. They just like to talk and go somewhere.

Hi Stuart,My question was…
Where? (do you claim “boasting” was done)
First we must establish “WHERE?”; before we can possibly
even ask 'your' question: “WHY?” - AuthorPosts
