Hi WU,
If you are part of the vine then you have been born again.April 1, 2014 at 1:34 am#375733journey42ParticipantHi Nick
The explanation of the parable is summed up here.
Luke 19:26 For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.or here in Matthew also
Matthew 13:12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.now compare also
Matthew 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.Mark 4:24 And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

Nick.Dont let them put you asleep by saying ;You are born again and nothing bad can come to you.
No one is born again till the coming. Many so called born again will be cast into darkness.
For many will say Lord,Lord—.And he will say; I dont know you,go away.wakeup.

That's good. So now we get an idea, but a full explanation of the parable is still missing?

Nick.There you go.
So born again christians are still judged.
Once you are truly born again, then you are born again;period.
You are spirit. *After* being judged.
This is truth. Not born again *before* judged.wakeup.

What does the judgement of men have to do with salvation?April 1, 2014 at 2:26 am#375758WakeupParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ April 01 2014,13:15) Hi WU,
What does the judgement of men have to do with salvation?
Nick.Salvation only comes when one is truly in Christ.
Salvation has not come to the luke warm.
One is salvaged from sin after judgement day.
The so called saved today still sin,and will sin more in the last days. For a great falling away is coming.2 Thess 2.wakeup.

Planting instills the seed.
Rain falls and grace helps.
Nobody reaches perfection.Lk 13
And he said to the vineyard-keeper, ‘Behold, for three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree [a]without finding any. Cut it down! Why does it even use up the ground?’ 8 And he answered and said to him, ‘Let it alone, sir, for this year too, until I dig around it and put in fertilizer; 9 and if it bears fruit next year, fine; but if not, cut it down.’”Some never produce fruit despite their tree being dug around and manured

They are also the seed that have fallen amongst thorn
bushes. It grew but the thorn bushes chocked them.
The thorn bushes represents the world.
The cares of the world has taken away the word of God,
from them.wakeup.

April 2, 2014 at 4:59 pm#375986NickHassanParticipantHi WU,
The verse is about repentance and grace.
Repentance is not an event but an attitude and a process that is lifelong. Those joined to Christ Jesus are the soil.
But will the soil ever fully accept the good seed?God would transform the hard and lumpy soil to good soil but you have to help by recognizing that the high places need to be brought down and the weeds and thorns need removal.
Experts must see themselves as failures.“I have come to rate all as loss in the light of the surpassing knowledge of my Lord Jesus Christ” Phil 3.8
Hardness must become softness towards God.You have nothing useful to offer God and your own fruit is of those weeds and thorns.
Pride must become humility, knowledge must be seen as ignorance and strength as weakness.God's power shows up best in weak people. God lifts up the humble and brings down the proud.
Light does not yet fill up our darkness. The rain is grace and God keeps offering grace especially in our times of difficulty. My grace is sufficient.
We must ask seek and knock -approaching the throne of grace daily for more that we might be built into useful plants that produce good fruit.I hope this helps
April 2, 2014 at 11:57 pm#376002WakeupParticipantNick.
Those are simple scriptures.
Hebrews 6:7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
THE GOOD SOIL WILL BRING FORTH HERBS FOR USE.
RECEIVED BLESSINGS.GOOD WORKS.Hebrews 6:8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
THE SOIL THAT BRINGS FORTH THORNS,IS REJECTED.
WE NEED TO BE THE GOOD SOIL.
WE NEED TO BE FRUITFUL TO THE LORD.
AND BRING FORTH GOOD WORKS.
SO WE WILL BE BLESSED.wakeup.
April 3, 2014 at 12:41 am#376013NickHassanParticipantHi,
2peter 1
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
