    Hi BD,
The sons of Sceva did similar things.
Likewise Jesus said some would claim miracles and he would not know them.
Come back to the source for men.

You mean like Paul getting bit by a snake and the people declaring he was a “god” because he did not die,and Paul did not correct them? Like that?

    Hi BD,
Do you think you are fit to judge Paul?

His Name is: “And she shall give birth to a Son, and you shall call His Name יהושע for He shall save1 His people from their sins.” Footnote: 1This is the precise meaning of the Heḇrew of His Name. Yood Hei Uau Shin Ayin sounds like YAHushua, and in English sounds like Joshua!
YHWSHA would best describe His Name in English.

Maybe some of you are confused by “another Messiah”, and “another Good News.” ???????????

Don't you think it is important to know the actual Name of the One in Whom you want to learn about? It has helped me a great deal! Now the Name of our Father is this:

Gen 2:4 These are the births of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that יהוה Elohim made earth and heavens.
Yood Hei Uau Hei is the spellin of our Father in heaven, The Creator. It sounds like YAHUWEH. The English tetragram would be YHWH

Can you see now that the Messiah came in His Father's Name? They both begin the same Hebrew letters and the Messiah's Name proclaims the Good News, “YAHUWEH is Salvation!”

For the actual word for word definition of the Good News read the Third Angels Message in Revelations Chapter 14
Rev 14:6 And I saw another messenger flying in mid-heaven, holding the everlasting Good News to announce to those dwelling on the earth, even to every nation and tribe and tongue and people,
Rev 14:7 saying with a loud voice, “Fear Elohim and give esteem to Him, because the hour of His judgment has come. And worship Him who made the heaven and the earth, and sea, and fountains of water.”

    and Shaul's/Paul's words in Acts
Act 14:14 And when the emissaries Barnaḇah and Shaʼul heard this, they tore their garments and ran in among the crowd, crying out
Act 14:15 and saying, “Men, why are you doing this? We also are men with the same nature as you, bringing to you the Good News: to turn from these worthless matters to the living Elohim, who made the heaven, and the earth, and the sea, and all that is in them,

So Scripturally we can see that Yahuweh is the Creator and Yahushua is the Son.

I can go deeper if you can stand it, but i can show you Yahushua Messiah is flesh and Yahuweh Elohim is Spirit. The Spirit is not a “seperate entity” like the “trinity” defines.

I can also show you that Yahushua Messiah was in the tomb “exactly” 72 hours and on what “exact” day of the week it was.
I can also show you Yahushua's REAL BIRTHDAY.

OR you can continue to celebrate the pagen holidays of the Gentiles where you were scattered. It is up to you.:blues:

Jesus is a fictional name for a fictional god, and a fictional gospel. The early pagen/christain religion or shall i call it Catholic meaning united, uniting pagen and Judea, made up a false name for the real name nad false holidays for the real Appointed Times. Is it any wonder Christains and Jews, and everyone else is so confused?

The Truth is and always has been in our Bibles, the key is that we need to beleive the Bible and not the false taecher!

Yahushua is the Messiah and Yahuweh is Elohim our Creator! HalleluYAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Praise be to Yahuweh!

    LOL.

you do know that your name for god which was translated to a language now used accross the world to help teach the word of god is so very close to jehovah ( yahuweh)

    lets even try this jahuveh.

even if not it sounds very very close. the language back then obviously was different to now but the abbriaviatinng of words is not hard to desypher per say.

In ancient Hebrew, the letter ו, known to modern Hebrew speakers as vav, was a semivowel /w/ (as in English, not as in German) rather than a /v/.[63] The letter is referred to as waw in the academic world. Because the ancient pronunciation differs from the modern pronunciation, it is common today to represent יהוה as YHWH rather than YHVH.

The English pronunciation of the letter J (in Latin originally an I) has changed over time. Originally, the pronunciation would have been as the [ IPA: j ] (the 'Y' sound of the word 'You'). This has transformed into the [IPA: dʒ] (the 'J' sound of the word 'Juice') in modern English. Almost all other European languages have retained the [IPA: j] pronunciation of J.

the dead sea scrolls which were written well before jesus time were found in the 1950's. the book of isaiah, they then compared it to the oldest writing we have which was written about 1000 years after christ being born. when they compired teh too there were only a few differences and worst case were pronunciations.

we see that over soo long as time the bible we have is very very close to be dead on. a few minor issues like that will not distort gods message.

    being petty gets you nowhere.

    #162939

the bibleis dead on there may be differences in the language that was used to write it to different cultures

    #162946

When did the hard consonant “J” come into use?

Since it was not used by the Hebrews nor the Greeks, when did it make it's appearance? There must be some english/language majors out there? Was it like the last 500 years?

An Englishman is the word which became flesh

An Greek is the word which became flesh

Or was it a Jew? If it was a Jew what was his name? And if he has a Jewish name why do you REFUSE to use it? Anti-Semitism for the last 2000 years?

Jesus was a common name in the first century for a Jewish man. A common Greek version of the Hebrew names Joshua, Jehoshua, and Jeshua. It means “The Lord (Yahweh) saves” or “The Lord “Yahweh) is my help.
The word Christ is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew word for Messiah or anointed one. Christ was a title given to Jesus. He was Jesus the Christ—Jesus the Messiah
But Lord Jesus Christ, When the word Lord is added to Jesus Christ it means, “Yahweh (Jehovah) Jesus the Messiah.”
