What was greater his death or his life?If you say he came to just be crucified what would the rest of the importance of his ministry have been?
For instance I could say that Martin luther King died for civil rights but the fact is he lived for civil rights
there you go again. what does that question have to do wit hanything!!!what was greater his life or death. whay do yuo do that. your fooling only yourself. BD you've been shown scriptures that tell you yuor answer to that ransom sacrifice.
GOD is not having you try to disprove HIS inspired word!!! nobody said he came just to be crucified. he came here NOT ONLY to teach us gods word but to SHOW US how to live it.
He SHOWED us how to be merciful, how to love one another, how to preach and pray correctly. He taught a lot.
your trying to disprove gods inspired words when they give you the answer to questions is messed up.
The bible tells you all about his ransom and i know ive given you some scriptures.
If it wasn't needed or not important as yuo claim then why is it in th bible telling you that he did it and what it did for mankind. HUH? its there, unless yuo shut your eyes thats the only way you wont see thoses scriptures.
your EX listed is both correct in itself. he did live for it and thus his death was casued by his living for it, so he did live and die for it.
AS did Christ. he came to live on earth for to helpo us and died helping us. ressurection would not be if not for him so there are so many aspects that are included from his WONDERFUL ransom sacrifice showing how much how much he and god love us.
Proverbs 21:18 (King James Version)18The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, and the transgressor for the upright.
Do you believe this verse?

BD you still ignore what is proven and just go and question things that in different light. how does your heart feel? you ignore truth.
if i said the grass was green you would go out of your way to say well when its dry it turns yellow or if its dying it turn brown, you don't care, you like to disprove no matter what.your are shown proof yet talk about other topics not related to at hand, how fun that must be for you.
if you actually shed light on something i was not sure about or was incorrect i would have no problem accepting it but you offer nothing yet?
by you purposely trying to disprove all of gods words when shown for a specific answer doesn't make you look very good.
you may quote scriptures but only to try to disprove. why you would on things that clearly give you ananswer is another question.
you have no interest in what the scriptures from the hebrew & greek tell at all. there are many differences from one religion to another but then again they also have similar things also… yet you find none, thats kind of funny how you cant.if you are a different religion and use different scriptures you should try to talk to like minded people and help them instead of causing confusion ,agruments and disbelief for gods word.

Just to let you know, when you spell. If you are talking about more than one God you spell it gods
If you are talking about One God but want to say what this God owns then say God's word. You are composing your paragraphs better.
Grass does have a lot more to it then sometimes being green and yes certain types of grass is never green and that is important to know if that is the field you study.

Peace2all, then help bodhitharta prove his point.Seems everyone is wrapped up in trying to destroy bodhitharta's way of life, and beliefs, instead of trying to see how much alike we are and seeking to see the commonalities within the two beliefs. By doing this way we may understand the things that seperate. Which would be far more beneficial to all.

Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
There is a wide gate that leeds to destruction and a narrow gate that leeds to eternal life. To me that mean the masses or majority of seekers will pass through the wide gate.
If you think you know all the truth then you are full and cannot find any more truth.
Its only through questions from different viewpoints that will create different perceptions of the truth and finally will create the beliefs of eternal life.

Blessings Ron,i stand in agreement with you, revelation does not mention one church, seven are mentioned. with this warning, our sound minds should be able to recognize this.
funny, you have had, 'by the way my name is ron' on your signature for a long time now, have been waiting for someone to address you as such, hasn't happened yet.
i tend to believe people get so involved in the larger that they think the smaller is too great for them.
