Hi T8,
I personally believe the reason that “the book of Enoch” was NOT
considered canon, was because of “the book of the luminaries”
contained within “the book of Enoch” (Chapter's 72-79).God bless

I started listening to a radio broadcast regarding the finding of large human bones. This caught my attention so I listened to the almost 2 hour interview with a guy named Steve Quayle. As I listened, I got the impression that he was showing us that this book of Enoch made everything in the bible seem clearer. I am a Christian and this has me motivated to read the entire bible. Mr. Quayle also suggested that this was being kept out of sight from us probably because it would disprove the evolution theory, which made a large group of scientist uneasy, not forgetting that our government here in the US does not think we can handle it. I have also read where Henry VIII and King James I or II, had this book removed from their bibles for unspecified reasons. If I can find the source I will post it. Anyway, I have just started to read Enoch. This really is exciting to me…. I just hope God sanctioned this because I am going to read it and will no doubt have questions. I only hope prayer, people on here, and a pastor can answer them. Thanks for posting the videos.

My viewpoint is that I use Enoch to clarify scripture, but not to set doctrine.Wm
