MAYBE WE SHOULD TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT WHAT WE CALL
THE SECOND COMING:The churches of today are full of self-proclaimed, end time prophets who really don’t have a clue what came to pass, is coming to pass now or will come to pass in the future. They have absolutely no spiritual discernment of the word of God. They take scriptures out of context and add them to doctrines already built by men and deceive the masses with un-truth. They have been taught that some day the Kingdom of God would come down out of the sky somehow, there would be a great war, much killing and many deaths at the hands of Gods warrior’s and Jesus, the prince of peace. THERE IS NOT GOING TO BE A FLESH AND BLOOD WAR THAT ENDS THE PLANET EARTH. The wars that Jesus referred to are in the minds of people searching for the Truth of God. Truth wars in the minds of those searching for Truth! Lies, deceptions and the Truth warring for position.
The masses of indoctrinated church goers have been incorrectly taught about the end of the world and the coming of the Kingdom of God. Preachers, just like their religious forefathers are still looking for the Kingdom to come. (Luke 17:20) clearly Jesus himself says, “the Kingdom of God cometh not with observation….”…“neither will they say lo here or lo there….” Jesus came to fulfill/establish two major events. To fulfill/finish/end the old covenant and establish the new way which was the original way, the Kingdom of God. (Luke 16:16) and (Luke 17:21) They try to make Daniel’s prophesy fit into an end-time mode of today or the future so they missed the actual setup of the Kingdom of God when Jesus came. They actually missed the gospel, or good news that the Kingdom of God is within each person. The Old Testament is passed, dead, no longer, it was the end of the religious order of sin. When the new eternal Truth came (Jesus) that was the end of the former religious world order. The religious men of renown missed it because it destroyed what they had built. If the blind lead the blind both will fall in the pit. When Jesus said that the Kingdom of God was within, what kind of fool would still be looking for it? Jesus said the Law and the Prophets (all prophecy) were until John the Baptist. Not after John, until John came! Since then is the Kingdom of God here. (Luke 17:21) Its here, now!. You say, well, when Jesus returns to the earth at the second coming he will take charge and set up the Kingdom. Wait a minute, he already established where the Kingdom of God is (inside mankind) and where it always was. God never left man, it was man who left God (in his mind). That was why man created sin. He believed God had left him and began to try to mend and appease God. But believing that he was separated from God created the illusion that he was. You can’t leave God, he’s everywhere! Jesus is here now, in your heart and mind, every where you go. Many refer to a second coming of Jesus when the Bible clearly says he returned to the earth from Heaven at the resurrection and many times after that. Each time he showed himself to many people at different times and places. According to other sources of information he manifested many more times than that. For a period of about two weeks, he came again and again and again in different locations. Therefore, you must be looking for the seventh or eighth coming. You missed it again. You are looking for a physical return of Christ to set up something physically. A physical Kingdom to rule in the physical world. You need to be born again or re-create your mind to the Spirit Truth. It was better for Jesus to go away so that mankind would finally be influenced to understand that in Spirit he is everywhere. He returns physically every time a person accepts the word of God as living in his heart. Jesus is the word of God made flesh, the word of God is Spirit. When you accept the word of God the Spirit is made flesh again. As you are born again you must die to your physical self and recreate yourself spiritually. Then your are the word(Spirit) of God made flesh again in a human body. You die(put off physical) and re-build your mind with Spirit which is the resurrection from death to life. No more evil you have been cleansed. You have reversed Adams fall. He passed from life to death, we pass from death(no longer me that liveth but Christ in me) to life(the Truth from Jesus) It’s awareness of consciousness of what has always been the Truth. There actually is no coming or going because there is no time or distance in the Spirit realm. God/Spirit is also Jesus’ words/spirit/life. It really boils down to an awareness or lack of awareness as to where God is. He is everywhere, unless you believe he’s not in you, and that would be anti-Christ.
We are supposed to be rising up in the Kingdom of our Father. Not still looking for the Kingdom to come. You are the Kingdom of God. God and Jesus have made their abode(home, temple, church) in you. They are as close as your breath. Don’t you talk to them? How can they hear you if they were physically in Jerusalem. To me anyone who doesn't believe Jesus,God and the Christ(the annointing of God) is within each individual that accepts that truth, is anti-christ. God Bless those who have ears to hear! TK

    A N T I C H R I S T

Antichrist has many names, or titles, if you will. He is also known as “the little horn”, as “the beast out of the earth”, as “the image of the beast”, he is also called “the false prophet”, and “the imposter”; and the truth is he is all of them. The first time reference is given to him, is in the book of Daniel.

Dan. 7:8 “I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little
horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots; and behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.”

From the last study we should understand the meaning of a horn. It stands for power, for a king or ruler. Antichrist was not a real king, but he ruled as one. This little horn came up on the head of the Roman beast, showing that he had his beginning during the Roman Empire.

    v. 7 “After this I saw in the night vision, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.”
    v. 20 “And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout then his fellows.”
    v. 21 “I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them.”

This little horn would become the ruler of what used to be the western part of the Roman Empire. He then would begin to persecute the saints, make war with them, and execute all who refused to worship him.

    v. 25 “And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws; and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.”

His rule over the saints would last three and a half years; a year for a day would make his rule last 1260 years. But his power was to be taken away at the end of his reign, by “the king of the north”.

Dan. 11:36 “And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the god of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determent shall be done.”

God had determent from the beginning that this little horn would rule for 1260 years, and then would loose his power to rule by being humiliated, exposed as a fraud. (See Napoleon) We next read about Antichrist in the book of Revelation.

Rev. 13:11 “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.”

Coming up out of the earth, earth is a metaphor for people, and beast a metaphor for kingdom. He did not conquer any kingdoms, but he would rule what used to be the western part of the Roman Empire. He tried to appear as Christ the Lamb of God, but what he spoke, his doctrines were devilish; he is thee imposter.

Rev. 13:5 “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two month.”

Being antichrist does not mean hating Christ, it means coming instead of Christ, claiming to be the representative of Christ. That in itself would not be bad, we are all supposed to imitate Christ. But this imposter tried to appear as Christ. Notice the time period, when you convert forty-two month into days, you have 1260 days = years.

    v. 6 “And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blasphemy his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.”

Jesus Christ was the only representative of God.

John 5:43 “I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not; if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.”

When you claim you are here as God’s representative, or claim you are the Vicar of the Son of God, you are blaspheming God. Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and men.

1 Tim. 2:5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”

When you persecute and kill his saints, his tabernacle, you are blaspheming God. Jesus never forced any one to believe him, and never killed any one for disagreeing with him. Antichrist did both.

Rev. 13: 7 “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”
Rev. 13:15 “And he had power to give live unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”

Antichrists have been around since the Apostles. Paul criticized the Galatians,

Gal. 1:6 “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel.”
    v. 7 “Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.”

Antichrists are individuals trying to get a following in the name of Christ. They teach according what is appealing to their audience, they will pervert the true gospel to either, make it appealing or by scaring the audience.
“Thee” Antichrist did not leave it up to the people to believe his doctrines or not, when he began to rule, his power extended over all kindred’s, and languages, and nations.

Rev. 13:12 “And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.”

    He already had begun to rule like the first beast before him, Rome was the beast before him; but the Emperor was still in command so he made sure everybody worshiped the first beast. The fact that John mentions the deadly wound was healed tells us that he began to rule sometime after the healing; after 553 A.D. Why was that? Paul gives us the reason for his waiting;

2 Thes. 2:7 “For the mystery of iniquity does already work; only he who now letteth (restrains) will let (will restrain), until he (the restrainer) be taken out of the way.”

Someone was holding this beast out of the earth back. He had grown much since Constantine made Christianity the universal religion in 324 A.D. The Church grew in numbers and so did the overseers, the Bishops; they were also called Pope, Father. In 533 A.D. the emperor Justinnian decided that only the Bishop of Rome should hold the title “Pope-Father”, and Holy was added later.
Let me briefly explain how Christianity became the Empires religion. Constantine had to fight many of his own to become sole Emperor of the Empire. The most famous battle was against Maxentius his brother in law, in 312 A.D. He claimed he had a vision; he saw a red cross in the heavens with the inscription under it “under this sign conquer”. He then had red crosses painted on the shields of his soldiers, and did win the battle. He gave credit for the victory to the God of this new religion “Christianity”. This red cross would become the mark of Rome, the Beast. Even the Crusaders fought under it. In 313 A.D. he stopped the persecution and gave Christians the freedom to practice their religion. In 321 A.D. he made a new law; worship service was to be held on Sunday and no work on that day. Then in 324 A.D. he declared Christianity the Universal religion of his Empire. This was the beginning of the Roman Catholic Church. In 325 A.D. he, Constantine, presided over the “first Council of Nicea”; over 300 Bishops attended; among other things it was decided what a Christian was and what he should believe; also that God was a trinity; that the commemoration of Christ’s death,
no longer be kept, enforced by death, instead the resurrection be celebrated on Sunday. You better read that again, and slow this time.
The church too made compromises, one of which is the celebrating of the rebirth of “the Sun god” on Dec.25. It was changed to the birthday of “the Son of God” and is now known as Christmas. The Emperor made many changes in support of the church even build some Churches and that was not unusual or surprising because he was after all the Pontifex Maximus, “Chief religious Ruler”. Roman Emperors ruled not only over the State they ruled over all religions too. And that was what was restraining Antichrist, the Emperor, as long as there was an Emperor around he, Antichrist the Pope, would show his respect and made sure every one else did too.
The year 565 A.D. marked the end of waiting, Justinnian died, he was the last Emperor to rule the East and the West, because no other Emperor of the East was able to maintain control over the West. Now his reign of terror would begin, the restrainer was taken out of the way.

Rev. 13:13 “And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.”

Lets go through this slowly; first of all, the Pope never performed any wonders or miracles except he made people wonder how a man of God could do these horrible things to other people. Second, this fire was not real fire from heaven above; fire is a metaphor for the fiery trials he put the saints through; as Peter explains.

1 Peter 1:7 “That the trails of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.”

The persecution, fiery trials, was ordered from the Popes heaven, the Vatican, his place of religious authority. Heaven above is God’s place of authority, all authority. On the earth, earth meaning, on all the people that dared to oppose him; in the sight of men, public torture and execution.

Rev. 13:14 “And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword and did live.”

This is were Antichrist is referred to as the image of the beast. Rome no longer ruled the west, and Antichrist assumed full power and control, not only over all religion, but also over all new kings that would arise out of what used to be the Western Roman Empire. The Pope admired the way the Roman Emperors had ruled, with a fist of iron and a sword, only he would leave the wielding of the sword to the new kings of Europe.
    But He became the Emperor,
    The Cardinals became the Senate,
    The Bishops became the Governors,
And the Priests and Monks became the Mayors.
Yes indeed, he became the image of the beast.

Rev. 13:15 “And he had power to give live unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.”

He was the image, he had the power to command and any one that stood in his way, would not except his doctrines, would be killed. The numbers estimated of victims killed by Antichrist are as high as 50 million; sounds high does it not? And I suppose there is no way to verify the number; but, when you compare the number to Russians Dictator Joseph Stalin, who in only a quarter of a century killed over 20 million of his own people, and Adolf Hitler, who in as little as a decade killed 6 million Jews, where antichrists had over 12 Centuries to do his killing, then the number doesn’t appear so large anymore. Also, when we consider the number of Saints that gave their lives as a testimony for their faith to God; how many should we think fell away for fear of torture and death? Two, three times as many? Because this is what Paul said, would be another identifying sign for the Antichrist:

2 Thes. 2:3 “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.”

How many of us today could stand the test, and not deny Christ, facing torture and death? Early Catholic Church history reveals that some Popes claimed to be equal to God. People infect feared the Pope more then God.

    v. 4 “Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God”.

The temple of God are the saints, sitting in the temple is to say, he was in command over them, he set himself up as their god and any disobedience ended in death.

Rev. 13:16 “And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads.”

Now this is the verse that has people scared half to death; and all because it is so misunderstood. First of all, we have to keep in mind that the scriptures from verses 11 – 18, are all referring to the beast out of the earth, the imposter, the image, in short, Antichrist. Then it says, a mark, which is an indication that Antichrist has more then one mark by which those that have received it, can be identified. What are his marks? They are his doctrines. In your right hand means, you received, accepted his doctrine; in your forehead, yes you believe his doctrine. And yes, had you lived during his reign, it would not have mattered who or what you were; it was very simple; if you’re not with me then you’re against me; and that meant death.

Rev. 13:17 “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

This is the other scary verse; no man might buy or sell; buy or sell what? Now that we know that these verses are not written for our time, we should also realize that they do not refer to food or any other commodity. What no man could buy or sell was the Word of God. Bibles were hard to come by and even when they were; you were caught reading or owning a bible you were killed. People were kept in the dark about the word of God; they were easier to control and fooled that way; they were left to their superstition and made to believe that the Pope had godlike powers. Only those that had the mark, the cross; Monks, Priests, Bishops and Cardinals, always wore a cross, and still do; or the name of the beast, Roman Catholic, could buy, “read”, or sell, “teach” the word of Antichrist. The number 666 is not even a mark, it is the number of his name that identifies him whose number it is as Antichrist.

    v. 18 “Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”

The number of his name, a name could also be a title. The Pope has a crown, a triple crown, called the “tiara”. On it is an inscription in Latin; VICARIVS FILII DEI, which means, “Vicar of the Son of God”. Latin letters also have a numerical value,

    V I C A R I V S – F I L I I – D E I
    5 1 100 0 0 1 5 0 0 1 50 1 1 500 0 1 = 666

To help identify that man, whose name is that number; is the only significance of that number. Coincident? With God there are no coincidents. Why did Jesus tell us?

John 5:43 “I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive (believe) me not; if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive (believe).”
    v. 44 “How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?”

    Have we forgotten the warning?

Mat. 24:4 “And Jesus answered and said unto them, take heed that no man deceive you.”
    v. 5 “For many shall come in my name, saying
, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”

How many Churches, denominations do we have today that call themselves Christians? And why are there so many denominations? We only have one Bible, shouldn’t every Church be teaching the same? And do they not all confess that Jesus is Christ? Where did all these churches and denominations originate? Until the early 16th Century the Pope ruled supreme, then in 1517 A.D., a German Monk, Martin Luther spoiled it all for the Pope. He dared to oppose the Pope by making his 95 disagreements with the Catholic Church public, thanks to the printing press, which had been invented a century earlier. It did not take long and others followed, broke away from the Catholic Church. Most of the blame goes to the totally corrupt and immoral behavior of the clergy. History recalls this period as the “Great Reformation”. New Churches sprang up all over Europe, in spite of the persecution. Whatever doctrine these new churches adopted, the basic teaching they held to was from the “Mother Church”, the “Roman Catholic Church”.
And how did Paul come to the Corinthians?

1 Cor. 2:1 “And I, bretheren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.”
    v. 4 “And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.”
    v. 5 “That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.”

What is it that draws people to a particular church? Why do people choose to belong to a Baptist church, or a Methodist, or Lutheran, or any other denomination? I believe the most common answer would be, my parents and grand parents belonged to it. But there are other reasons why people go to a certain church, one is, its a beautiful building, another reason is, they have entertainment, and not least of all, they have a powerful and skilled speaker, he really knows what he’s talking about. It is the last reason I gave, we have to be most beware of, as Paul warned us about.

Col. 2:8 “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments (principles) of the world, and not after Christ.”

Now let me say something about the mark of the beast, the mark of Rome, the cross. Christians are obvious very fond of the cross. We see it on top of Churches; we have it displayed in Churches, in Hospitals, in our homes and around our necks. We practically worship the cross. So I want you to consider for just a moment. What if Jesus had been beheaded as John the Baptist? Or if he had been hung as Judas did? What if the Roman soldiers had used him for target practice? What if he had died of one of a dozen other ways? Would our admiration for that object of death be the same? Would we display it the same as the cross? The cross was one of, if not the cruelest means of death. The victim was nailed to the cross naked; open to shame and ridicule, insults and harassment; unprotected from the weather, unable to defend against insect’s and birds; left hanging there till death which could take as long as a week. Jesus died that same afternoon, he laid down his life for us, no one took it from him. That is also the reason why permission had to be obtained for the release of Jesus from the cross; it was highly unusual for a victim to die so soon.
Luke 23:50 “And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counsellor, and he was a good man, and a just.”
    v. 52 “This man went unto Pilate and begged the body of Jesus.”

And even then, a soldier made sure Jesus was dead by piercing him with a lance.
    Now, we may think that Paul speaks highly of the cross;

1 Cor. 1:17 “For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel; not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.”
    v. 18 “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.”

But he is not; it should be obvious that when Paul says, cross of Christ, he means Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. It is after all not the cross that saves us, but Christ’s death on the cross, his sacrifice, and do we think about his sacrifice when we hang a silver, or gold, or diamond studded cross around our neck? It is, like it or not, the mark of the beast. What are some of the marks of the image of the beast, Antichrist? That identifies those that have “received” them, right hand, and “believe” them, forehead?
    The believe in a trinity;
    The believe in the equality of the son to the Father;
    The believe in man’s immortal soul;
    Praying to statues of saints,
The confessing of ones sins to a Priest, a man,
Celebrating of the Mass as a sacrifice for sins,
    Paying for indulgencies, etc. etc.

Rev. 14:6 “And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.”
    v. 7 “Saying with a loud voice, fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of water.”
    v. 8 “And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.”
Babylon stands for confusion, false religion. The city that has been representing Babylon is Rome, to be more precise, the Vatican in Rome. She hasn’t fallen yet, but it want be long now. The Roman Catholic Church has made all nations drunk with her false doctrines. God is saying, there is still time to come out of her system.

    v. 9 “And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, if any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand.”
    v. 10 “The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.”

This is God’s last warning to stop worshiping the beast and his image. This, and the previous study thoroughly explaine who they are. This judgment will be on the entire world, and will bring about the end of this era. Jesus Christ, his angels, and the resurrected saints will be witnessing God’s judgment on the world. Fire and brimstone only emphasize the severity of God’s judgment.

    v. 11 “And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.”

Just as the smoke of the prayers of the saints ascended up before God,

Rev. 8:4 “And the smoke of the incense, which came up with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand.”

So will the cries of those that did not heed his warning. For ever and ever, as long as God’s punishment will last. The mark of his name? The name is Rome; the mark of Rome is the cross.

Rev. 14:12 “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.”

What is the patience of the saints?
To know the word of God and wait patiently, trusting him to carry it out. Jesus had faith in his Father, that after he died he would be resurrected.

    v. 14 “And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.”
    v. 15 “And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, thrust in thy sickle, and reap; for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”

Jesus had told us, the harvesting of the world would come at the end of the wor
    ld.

Matt. 13:38 “The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one.”
    v. 39 “The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.”
    v. 40 “As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.”
    v. 41 “The son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and the which do iniquity.”
    v. 42 “And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

There are several things we have pay attention too what these scriptures are saying. Jesus is speaking of the end of this age, not far from now. God’s wrath will be on the entire world. He will gather the tares, those who do iniquity and cast them into a furnace of fire, this is not the lake of fire, this is not God’s final judgment. He will punish all that have ignored his word; there will be much suffering; wailing and gnashing of teeth, the smoke of their torment shall ascent up before God, who will turn away. He had allowed both, the wheat and the tares, to grow until harvesting.

    v. 30 “Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, gather ye together first the tares, and bind them to bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”

This is what we read in,

Rev. 14:17 “And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.”
    v. 18 “And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe.”
    v. 19 “And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.”

The great winepress is synonymous with, a furnace of fire.

    v. 20 “And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horses bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.”

“Without the city”, this city are God’s holy saints, they are protected from the wrath of God. The “winepress” and the “river of 200 miles of blood”, are symbolic in a way. We assume it is a river, because it is 200 miles long, and four and a half feet deep; it doesn’t say how wide; if it was only 100 feet wide, it would require the blood of the entire world population; and that is precisely the point being made hear.
Noah was told to build an Ark, and it saved him and his family; what God is asking us today don’t come close to the time and labor involved of building an Ark.
Our tradition can be our worst enemy; it’s like quicksand, hard to get out off, even when shown the truth. Jesus referred to it as new wine.

Luke 5:37 “And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.”
    v. 38 “But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.”
    v. 39 “No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new; for he saith, the old is better.”

I know first hand change doesn’t come easy, and it doesn’t come quick, but I have also learned, God is a patient God, he works the miracles, he expects no miracles from us. We are living in the most serious of generation. Remember the Fig Tree?

Mat. 24:32 “Now learn a parable of the fig tree, when his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh.”

This fig tree is Israel; it put forth leaves in 1948 when Israel became a Nation again

    v. 33 “So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the door.”
    v. 34 “Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.”

We are seeing all these things, and more. The bible tells us what a generation is.

Ps. 90:10 “The days of our years are threescore years and ten (70 years); and if by reason of stength (health) they be fourscore years (80 years), yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.”

In other words, a generation is 70 years; 1948 plus 70 years, you do the math. Do we hear God’s call; come out of her my people? Do we even understand what God is calling us to come out of? Do we understand, any church, which teaches any doctrine that Antichrist is teaching, has received a mark?

Rev. 18:4 “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

    “Her”, is the woman sitting on the scarlet colored beast, Rev. 17:3, she represents all false religion. It is not what we call ourselves that matters; it is what God calls us “my people” that matters. We are only his people if we believe him. To be spared from “her plagues” you have to know the doctrines of God. God has punished his chosen people, the Israelites, very severely for their idolatry and disobediens;

Hos. 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou has rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee…”

    A lack of knowledge or lack of understanding of the word of God shows a lack of interest in the word of God and God himself. We put to much trust in others; read what God says in;

Eze. 14:13 “Son of man, when the land sinneth against me by trespassing grievously, then will I stretch out mine hand upon it, and will break the staff of the bread thereof, and will send famine upon it, and will cut off man and beast from it.”
    v. 14 “Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord God.”
    v. 15 “If I cause noisome beasts (enemy nations) to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it be desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts.”
    v. 16 “Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate.”
    v. 17 “Or if I bring a sword upon that land, and say, Sword, go through the land; so that I cut off man and beast from it.”
    v. 18 “Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; but they only shall be delivered themselves.”
    v. 19 “Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast.”
    v. 20 “Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.”

Not even these holy men could deliver us, it is really very plain, if you ignore his warning now, he will ignore your cry later.

Jer. 11:11 “Therefore thus saith the LORD, behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.”

It doesn’t matter who teaches us, it is our responsibility to prove all things, ignorance will not save you, and neither will blaming others.

And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep, And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all [of] gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which [are] upon the top thereof: And two olive trees by it, one upon the right [side] of the bowl, and the other upon the left [side] thereof. So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What [are] these, my lord? Then the angel that talked with me answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This [is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Who [art] thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel [thou shalt become] a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone [thereof with] shoutings, [crying], Grace, grace unto it. Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel [with] those seven; they [are] the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth. Then answered I, and said unto him, What [are] these two olive trees upon the right [side] of the candlestick and upon the left [side] thereof? And I answered again, and said unto him, What [be these] two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden [oil] out of themselves? And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these [be]? And I said, No, my lord. Then said he, These [are] the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth. Zechariah 4:1-14

One can search the scriptures and make them say anything they want them to say. Taking words and names and titles from the Bible and telling the people reading what they mean and where they apply is just creating your own story to believe in or more accurately just parroting what someone else has said. In 1980 I began my trek of Bible study. At that time I was going to a denominational church. My first study was end times by Hal Lindsey and another one was Jack VanEmpe. You might say I was birthed on the same end time, non-Biblical crud written above. People that are obsessed with the book of Revelation will not find the Gospel of Jesus because it is an overview or unvieling of Jesus(the word of God) that ends at the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. When I got out of the indoctrination of the church structure and searched(22years) on my own I found Jesus saying a very different thing. I've spent time trying to put some Bible based truth on this site but there has been very little acceptence and the negative response has not been what I consider Bible based. There is to much information for short exerpts and my larger writings are apparantly not being read. Basicly, the church has one accepted set of religiously created doctrines from two thousand years ago that has been passed down as accepted truth, tweaked and modified here and there but basically remains unchanged. At the very least people should know that the way to destruction is wide and easy. The way to eternal life is narrow and few will find it. Also Jesus said, the religious world hated me, it will hate you(if you are telling the Truth of God)! but be of good cheer, I have overcome the religious world.God bless all, TK

    The First Trumpet

Rev 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

    Angel

    Quote
An Angel in a general sense is a messenger of God, so the Seven Trumpets are delivering messages from God.

    Trumpet

Exo 19:13 There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.
Exo 19:16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled.
Exo 19:17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.

    Quote
The Seven Trumpets represent a calling to come to God.

    Hail

Isa 28:17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.

    Quote
The hail represents a sweeping away of the false teachings through the power of the truth.

Fire and 1/3 part burnt up – a purification or refining

Mal 3:2 But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap:
Mal 3:3 And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD an offering in righteousness.

Zec 13:7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.
Zec 13:8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein.
Zec 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

    Quote
When the third part of trees and all green grass was burnt up, this represents a refining, an acceptance of the truth. If applied as a rule for the Trumpets, this would indicate that when 1/3 of a group is mentioned, they are the portion that will be saved.

Blood – the saving blood of Jesus

John 6:56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

Heb 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

    Quote
In the mingling of hail, fire and blood, the truth of the Gospel message is presented forcefully, such that it sweeps away lies, and calls the sinner to accept the atoning blood of Jesus to take away sin.

    Earth

Rev 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

    Quote
The beast from the Earth in Revelation 13 represents apostate Protestantism based in the United States. It contrasts with the beast from the Sea, which is in the most narrow sense understood to be Catholicism.

    Tree

Psa 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
Psa 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Dan 4:10 Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold, a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great.
    Dan 4:20 The tree that thou sawest, which grew, and was strong, whose height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth;
Dan 4:21 Whose leaves were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation:
Dan 4:22 It is thou, O king, that art grown and become strong: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and thy dominion to the end of the earth.

    Quote
The tree is symbolic of people in a position of leadership, so in the First Trumpet it represents the Pastors and leaders of Apostate Protestantism in the United States.

    Green

Gen 1:30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

    Quote
Green here represents something that has life, and is nourishing and life giving to others.

    Grass

Isa 40:6 The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:
Isa 40:7 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.

    Quote
The grass represents the general public, so in the First Trumpet it represents the laity of Apostate Protestantism in the United States. The green grass represents those of the Protestant laity who have nourished others in the truth of the Gospel message, and so will be saved. Although not expressly stated, this may also be only one third of the laity.

The First Trumpet is a message directed at apostate Protestantism in the United States that sweeps away the false doctrines and calls them to the true Gospel of salvation through the blood of Christ. The indication is that only 1/3 of apostate Protestant leaders will respond to the trumpet, and the remaining 2/3rds who take the mark of the Beast will receive the First Plague, a grievous sore (Rev 16:2).

    The Second Trumpet

    Rev 8:8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;
Rev 8:9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

    Great mountain burning with fire

Exo 19:18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly.

    Quote
The great burning mountain represents the giving of the law of God on Sinai.

    Sea

Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

    Quote
The Sea represents the densely populated region of Europe, and the beast from the Sea represents Catholicism and popery.

Third part of the sea became blood – those who are saved.

Gen 9:4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.

Deu 12:23 Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.

John 6:56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.

Heb 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

    Quote
1/3 of the Sea becoming blood represents people turning to life (the life is in the blood), turning to the atoning blood of Christ and being saved.

    Ships

The ships are the parallel of the trees in the first trumpet and represent the leadership of the Catholic Church.

Third part of the ships were destroyed.

    Quote
The “third part”, as in the first trumpet, represents those who are saved.

    Creatures in the sea

The creatures of the sea are the parallel of the grass in the first trumpet and represent the laity of the Catholic Church.

Third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died.

    Quote
Again, the third part represents those who “die to Christ” and are saved.

    Quote
The second trumpet represents the presentation of God's law to Catholicism, which has thought to change the Sabbath commandment of God, and make its mark of authority Sunday worship. The indication is that only 1/3 of Catholicism will respond, and those who do not heed the call to come out of Babylon will receive the second plague, and have only blood to drink (Rev. 16:3)

    The Third Trumpet

    Rev 8:10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
Rev 8:11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

    A great star from heaven

Num 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.

    Quote
The star from heaven is Jesus.

    A burning Lamp

Gen 15:17 And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.

It fell upon the third part of the rivers

Rev 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

    Quote
As waters represent a multitude of peoples, and the previous trumpets were directed to apostate Protestants and Catholics respectively, these waters represent the non-Christian religions (the -isms) and the secular world (those who profess no religion). This indicates that 1/3 of this group will heed the trumpet and be saved.

    Wormwood

    Deu 29:18 Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;
Deu 29:19 And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:
Deu 29:20 The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.

Jer 23:15 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.

Amos 5:7 Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth,
Amos 5:8 Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name:

Exo 15:22 So Moses brought Israel from the Red sea, and they went out into the wilderness of Shur; and they went three days in the wilderness, and found no water.
Exo 15:23 And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah.
Exo 15:24 And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?
Exo 15:25 And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD showed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet: there he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them,

    Quote
The tree in the above passage symbolizes the cross of Christ, and accepting it means that the bitterness of sin an
d resulting death will be removed by those who believe. Wormwood is a poison, and represents the poison of sin. The star is called Wormwood because Jesus has become sin by taking on our sins and dying for us:

2 Cor 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

    Bitter waters

Num 5:23 And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water:

    Quote
Those who who refuse the Gospel message presented by the Third Trumpet will be blotted out of the book of life.

The Third Trumpet is directed at the non-Christian religions and secular world, and 1/3 will respond to the message, those who don't will receive the third plague, and have blood to drink (Rev. 16:4-7)

    The Fourth Trumpet

Rev 8:12 And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.

    Sun, moon and stars

Rev 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

    Quote
The woman of Revelation 12 represents the true and pure church of God, as opposed to the woman of Revelation 17, which is the corrupt apostate church.

    Quote
The fourth trumpet indicates that only a third part of those claiming to be in the true remnant church will be saved.

The Fifth Trumpet – The First Woe

Rev 9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
Rev 9:2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
Rev 9:3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
Rev 9:4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
Rev 9:5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
Rev 9:6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
Rev 9:7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
Rev 9:8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
Rev 9:9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
Rev 9:10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
Rev 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

    Quote
    A star fall from heaven

Luke 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

This star falling to earth in the fifth trumpet is Satan. God's people have been sealed, probation closed after the 4th Trumpet (Rev 9:4). Satan is given power to torment those who have rejected God, but he will not be able to kill them, as he could not kill Job (Job 2:6).

    Abaddon – Apollyon

    Quote
    The destroying angel, Satan.

Power to hurt men five months

Satan and his angels will be able to torment the wicked who rejected God for five months, but will not be permitted to kill them.

    Quote
With the close of probation after the fourth Trumpet, those who rejected God will be left to Satan and his angels, and receive the fifth plague of spiritual and physical blindness and darkness.

The Sixth Trumpet – The Second Woe

Rev 9:12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
Rev 9:13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
Rev 9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
Rev 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
Rev 9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
Rev 9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
Rev 9:18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
Rev 9:19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
Rev 9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
Rev 9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

The four angels bound in the river Euphrates

Satan, knowing his time is short, tries under the sixth trumpet to kill the 1/3 (God's people), but instead an army of the angels of God slays 1/3 of the wicked on the earth.

During the Sixth Trumpet, the wicked realize they have been deceived by Mystery Babylon, and false miracles are performed in order to still deceive them, as indicated by the Sixth Plague (Rev. 16:12-16), but they turn on her and destroy her with fire (Rev. 17:16-18).

The Seventh Trumpet – The Third Woe

Rev 11:14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
Rev 11:16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
Rev 11:17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lo
rd God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
Rev 11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

The Seventh Trumpet is the second coming of Jesus Christ.

    Who will be judged?

Psa 7:11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

Eccl 3:17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.

Rom 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

2 Cor 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

Acts 10:42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick [living] and dead.

    2 Tim 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick [living] and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

Heb 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

Answer: Everyone, both the righteous and wicked, the living and dead, will be judged.

What will be the standard of Judgment?

1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
1 John 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
1 John 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

James 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

Eccl 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
Eccl 12:14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

1 John 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
1 John 2:4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1 John 2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Answer: The 10 commandments of God are the standard of judgment.

Who is judged first, the righteous or the wicked?

1 Pet 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

1 Tim 5:24 Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.
1 Tim 5:25 Likewise also the good works of some are manifest beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.

Answer: The righteous believers are judged first and rewarded, and then later the wicked are sentenced and condemned.

    Who is the presiding Judge?

    The courtroom scene in Daniel:

Dan 7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down [set in place], and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
Dan 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: …

The same courtroom scene in Revelation:

Rev 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit; and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
Rev 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

Rev 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
Rev 5:7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

    Rev 5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

Answer: The Ancient of Days (God the Father). Jesus is the Lamb who takes the book from the hand of Father on the throne.

Who is our Advocate (Defense Attorney) in the Judgment of the professed Saints?

Heb 9:24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God [the Father] for us:

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
1 John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

Answer: Jesus Christ is our Defense Attorney before God the Father.

Who is the Accuser (Prosecuting Attorney) of the professed Saints?

Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Rev 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Answer: Satan is the Accuser (Prosecuting Attorney).

How will evidence be given in the Judgment of the professed Saints?

Dan 7:10 … the judgment was set, and the books were opened.

Mal 3:16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name.
Mal 3:17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

Exo 32:33 And the LORD said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

Heb 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

Rev 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Rev 5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

Rev 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Answer: The record books of heaven on the professed saints will be opened in evidence before the court: the Lamb's book of life, and the book of remembrance of their deeds in service to the Lord, faithfully recorded by witnessing angels. The book with 7 seals in Revelation chapters 5 thru 8 is the Lamb's book of life (Phil. 4:3, Rev. 3:5, 13:8, 17:8, 20:12,15, 21:27, 22:19). It is the last will and testament of Jesus Christ (Heb. 9:14-17), the new covenant, that lists those who will inherit eternal life and the kingdom of God. When the reading of the Lamb's book of life ends, probation for humanity has come to a close, as all those who inherit have been identified.

God does not need to keep books for Himself, but rather they are kept for others who do not have His omniscience. These books are available to the heave
nly hosts in the court for their investigation, that they may know that God is just.

What events follow the beginning of the Investigative Judgment of the professed Saints?

Dan 7:10 … the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
Dan 7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.
Dan 7:12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.
Dan 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
Dan 7:14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

2 Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

Answer: In Daniel 7 the destruction of the little horn power follows after the opening of the books for the judgment of the Saints. So the books are opened for investigation, and judgment begins before the Second Advent. This then is rightly called a Pre-advent Investigative Judgment.

Is there a specific day set for the revelation of God's judgment?

Acts 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

    Rom 2:5 But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

Rom 2:16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.

Answer: A day has indeed been appointed for the judgment of God to be revealed.

When is that day of judgment, when the Saints of God are judged righteous and rewarded by inheriting the Kingdom of God forever?

Mat 25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
Mat 25:32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
Mat 25:33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Mat 25:34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

John 6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

    Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Acts 3:20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:

    2 Tim 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick [living] and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

Rev 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
Rev 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

(This warning that the hour of judgment is come; precedes the second coming, and warns those living that their judgment is underway, but will soon come to a close.)

Answer: The Saints will have been judged righteous before the second coming of Jesus (Mat 25:31), which is when the righteous (sheep) and the wicked (goats) will be forever separated, and God's judgment revealed, and His true Saints rewarded with eternal life.

What is the fate of the living wicked at the second coming of Jesus Christ?

    Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Mat 13:49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
Mat 13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Rev 19:21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse (Jesus), which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Answer: At the second coming of Jesus the living wicked will all be slain.

Will anyone's fate be changed after the Pre-advent Investigative Judgment of the Saints and the second coming of Jesus Christ?

Rev 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
Rev 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

Answer: Everyone's fate will have been decided by the court of heaven before the second coming of Jesus, and nothing will change the judgment of God the Father after the close of probation (the end of the Pre-advent Investigative Judgment of the Saints). While only the books regarding the Saints of God have been examined in the Pre-Advent Investigative Judgment, the wicked stand condemned by not having sought the defense of the righteousness of Jesus Christ, so their sins are not covered by Christ's righteousness, and they must bear responsibility for their own sins.

What is the reward of the faithful and righteous Saints of God?

Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Answer: The Saints of God will be rewarded with access to the tree of life, and by eating the fruit thereof, they will live forever. (The wicked, who will never be given access to the tree of life, will be denied eternal life, so they must perish.)

    Who will judge the wicked?

Psa 149:5 Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.
    Psa 149:6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand;
    Psa 149:7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
    Psa 149:8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
Psa 149:9 To execute upon them the jud
gment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.

Dan 7:22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

Mat 19:28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

1 Cor 6:2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
1 Cor 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

Answer: The judgment of the wicked will be given to the Saints of God for their examination and ratification.

When will the judgment of the wicked by the Saints occur?

John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
John 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

Rev 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

Answer: During the millennium the Saints will judge the wicked. The righteous dead will be resurrected at the beginning of the thousand years to participate in this judgment of the wicked, but the wicked will not be resurrected until after the millennium and the examination of the evidence against the wicked has been completed.

How will the evidence against the wicked be presented?

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

Psa 69:27 Add iniquity unto their iniquity: and let them not come into thy righteousness.
Psa 69:28 Let them be blotted out of the book of the living, and not be written with the righteous.

Jer 2:22 For though thou wash thee with nitre, and take thee much soap, yet thine iniquity is marked before me, saith the Lord GOD.

Jer 17:13 O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.

Answer: The Saints during the millennium will have access to the heavenly books on the wicked and know why they are all lost. The wicked will not be found in the Lamb's book of life, but their wicked works will appear in the Book of Iniquity. At the conclusion of the millennium, the judgment of God the Father will be shown to have been fair and just, and so it will be affirmed by the Saints. All that will remain to be done is to execute (carry out) the judgment (sentence) of the court upon the wicked. This is the Executive judgment.

What happens at the conclusion of the Investigative Judgment of the wicked by the Saints?

Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Rev 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
Rev 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Rev 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

Answer: At the end of the 1000 years, the wicked will all be resurrected, and will be persuaded by Satan to attack the New Jerusalem (camp of the saints), to take it by force, so that they might gain access to the tree of life and thereby live forever. Instead, they will face Executive Judgment before the great white throne of Jesus Christ.

Who will execute judgment on the wicked?

Jude 1:14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
Jude 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

    John 5:26 For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
John 5:27 And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

Answer: Jesus Christ will execute the judgment of the heavenly court upon the wicked.

What is the penalty imposed on the wicked?
