Hi BD,
THIS VERSE IS FOR YOU, BD: 2 Tim 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
No, that's not the significant difference. You know a lot of bible verses, but you still miss “The Big Picture”! (Romans 6:5-11)“If we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this,
that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon
ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.B'shem, יהוה (YÄ-hä-vā)

Lazarus will still be judged, and resurected in spirit,if he is a true believer, which I think he is.But all the dead have not become sinless because of death.

Is freed (δεδικαίωται)
Lit., as Rev., is justified; i.e., acquitted, absolved; just as the dead person sins no more, being released from sin as from a legal claim. “As a man that is dead is acquitted and released from bondage among men, so a man that has died to sin is acquitted from the guilt of sin and released from its bondage” (Alford).Jamieson-Fausset-Brown Bible Commentary
7. For he that is dead-rather, “hath died.”
is freed-“hath been set free.”
from sin-literally, “justified,” “acquitted,” “got his discharge from sin.” As death dissolves all claims, so the whole claim of sin, not only to “reign unto death,” but to keep its victims in sinful bondage, has been discharged once for all, by the believer's penal death in the death of Christ; so that he is no longer a “debtor to the flesh to live after the flesh” (Ro 8:12).October 26, 2012 at 6:18 am#317728Ed JParticipantQuote (david @ Oct. 26 2012,16:10) When Jesus was resurrected, was he “as the angels?” What do you believe is the definition of resurrection?
Hi David,In the resurrection, Jesus disappeared after having dinner with two travelers.
Jesus, in the resurrection, also entered into locked rooms with a number of witness.
Jesus is also recorded as having eaten fish, and may have even had wine. (see Luke 22:18)
The Angels (bene ha-elohim) are recorded as having offspring with the daughters of men (adm);
this is indicative, that among their members, they, (bene ha-elohim) did make use of their equipment.Might I suggest that dimensional time travel might
be part of the resurrection as well, and we
can certainly look forward to that.Your brother

B.thatrta.You are correct, but thats a matter of interpretation, because those interpreters, and writers or copiers, are not necessary full of the knowledge,of what is written.
But we can see the difference between a revived person or a resurrected person. For there is a difference.
Dead persons are revived back to life every day in the hospitals,do you agree? but they will die again.
A resurrected person will never die again.
Jesus indeed said I am the resurrection;he was speaking of the resurrection, not of that miracle.
See john 12:1.2. Here you see lazarus having supper with the Lord after he was revived.

That only means that all the resurrected will be cleared from their evil works.None are guilty; all are saved.Non christians will be judged by the books.
