Quote (Nick Hassan @ April 21 2010,07:34) Hi Georg,
We only have you word for these interpretations.
Can you not find supportive scriptures?
If not then drop them
What's the point, you ignore them any way.
Why not try with the once I did give.Georg

georgbooks do not have bodys, and are not called to heaven, i think.
Rev 11:5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies. This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die.
Rev 11:6 These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
Rev 11:7 Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them.
Rev 11:8 Their bodies will lie in the street of the great city, which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.
Rev 11:9 For three and a half days men from every people, tribe, language and nation will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial
Terraricca, think about it, would God turn a human being into a fire breathing dragon? you have to admit that this is not to be taken literal.
Verse 6, who was it that shut up heaven that it rain not for three and a half years? and who was it that turned water into blood; during the time of “their” prophecy?
Verse 7, who was the “beast” that came out of the bottomless pit, out of no where? THE LEAGUE OF NATION, in 1918.
Verse 8, what is the great city which is “figuratively” called Sodom and Egypt?
What does Sodom symbolize? perversion.
What does Egypt symbolize? sin.
In other words, this great city is Satan's world, that is where Jesus was crucified, outside Jerusalem, Satan's great city.
And are not these two witnesses treated as dead? look at the world, what condition it is in, did these two witnesses do any good?
Has the world gotten any better since these two witnesses began to witness?
Look what these two witnesses had accomplished in our founding fathers, and have we not slowly killed them of over the last half Century? But nobody wants to get rid of them all together, bury them, why? because some people do think there is something to these two witnesses, and they are right.
There is a time, fast approaching, when God will call these two witnesses home, meaning, no more witnessing.Amo 8:11 ¶ Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
Amo 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.

georgyou think this is not accomplished after the dead of the last apostle?Amo 8:11 ¶ Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:
Amo 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.

I agree, churches do not teach the truth of the Bible, but nevertheless, the gospel “IS” being preached; and as you and I did, it is our responsibility to prove all things.Georg

nickyou start to be good at taking scriptures out of context;2Co 12:20 For I am afraid that when I come I may not find you as I want you to be, and you may not find me as you want me to be. I fear that there may be quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, slander, gossip, arrogance and disorder.
2Co 12:21 I am afraid that when I come again my God will humble me before you, and I will be grieved over many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, sexual sin and debauchery in which they have indulged.Final Warnings
2Co 13:1 This will be my third visit to you. “Every matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”
2Co 13:2 I already gave you a warning when I was with you the second time. I now repeat it while absent: On my return I will not spare those who sinned earlier or any of the others, were do you fit your comment???
