    this is what God as said;

Isa 55:11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

    Is this true ?

    I SAY IT IS

but can it be proven ?

and so they came into being?”
    declares the LORD.
“This is the one I esteem:
he who is humble and contrite in spirit,
    and trembles at my word.

Mt 5:11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
Mt 5:12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Mt 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

Dt 10:12 And now, O Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
Dt 10:13 and to observe the LORD'S commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?
Dt 10:14 To the LORD your God belong the heavens, even the highest heavens, the earth and everything in it.

what did the N.T changed ?  NOTHING except one thing

Jn 8:42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me.

Jn 14:15 “If you love me, you will obey what I command.
Jn 14:24 He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.

Pr 8:17 I love those who love me,
and those who seek me find me.

Mt 6:33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Mt 7:7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

Ro 2:7 To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life.

1Jn 4:20 If anyone says, “I love God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen

Dt 4:2 Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the LORD your God that I give you.

Rev 22:18 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.
Rev 22:19 And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

Dt 5:11 “You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.

Ro 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship

1Co 1:2 To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ—their Lord and ours:

Eph 4:30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption

    Hi Pierre,

Well done, but I don't see 10 things here?
Perhaps you should have numbered them?

Dt 5:18 “You shall not commit adultery.

Mt 22:37 Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
Mt 22:38 This is the first and greatest commandment.
Mt 22:39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
Mt 22:40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Dt 5:12 “Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as the LORD your God has commanded you.

Mt 12:8 For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.”
Mk 3:29 But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin.”

Ac 3:14 You disowned the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a murderer be released to you.
Mt 12:11 He said to them, “If any of you has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold of it and lift it out?
Mt 12:12 How much more valuable is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.”
Mk 2:27 Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
Ro 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.
Ro 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

1Pe 1:14 As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance.
    1Pe 1:15 But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do;
1Pe 1:16 for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”

Dt 6:1 These are the commands, decrees and laws the LORD your God directed me to teach you to observe in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,
Dt 6:2 so that you, your children and their children after them may fear the LORD your God as long as you live by keeping all his decrees and commands that I give you, and so that you may enjoy long life.

Mt 19:17 “Why do you ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments.”

Lk 11:28 He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

Jn 14:23 Jesus replied, “If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.
Jn 14:24 He who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.

Jn 15:10 If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and remain in his love.

Mt 4:17 From that time on Jesus began to preach, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is near.”

Mt 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.(across the Jordan ?)

Mt 13:19 When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path.

Pr 6:16 There are six things the LORD hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
    Pr 6:17 haughty eyes,
    a lying tongue,
    hands that shed innocent blood,
Pr 6:18 a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
Pr 6:19 a false witness who pours out lies
and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.

1Ti 6:3 If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching,
1Ti 6:4 he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions
1Ti 6:5 and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.
1Ti 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
1Ti 6:7 For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.
1Ti 6:8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.
1Ti 6:9 People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction.
1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

1Ti 3:3 not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.
1Ti 3:4 He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect.
1Ti 3:5 (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God’s church?)
1Ti 3:6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil.
1Ti 3:7 He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap.
1Ti 3:8 Deacons, likewise, are to be men worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain.
1Ti 3:9 They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience.
1Ti 3:10 They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.
1Ti 3:11 In the same way, their wives are to be women worthy of respect, not malicious talkers but temperate and trustworthy in everything.
1Ti 3:12 A deacon must be the husband of but one wife and must manage his children and his household well.
1Ti 3:13 Those who have served well gain an excellent standing and great assurance in their faith in Christ Jesus.
1Ti 3:14 Although I hope to come to you soon, I am writing you these instructions so that,
1Ti 3:15 if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God’s household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.

Gal 5:16 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
Gal 5:17 For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want.
Gal 5:18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under law.
    Gal 5:19 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;
Gal 5:20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions
Gal 5:21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
Gal 5:23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Gal 5:24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.
Gal 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
Gal 5:26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

we only have one live to live ,but are we living for our creator or for our self ??

living for God is to be subdue to his word and do all what it says just as Jesus did ,so by following Jesus we would be on the save road to true live,

if not you are on the big wide road that lead to perdition ,and so enjoy live for a while only ,and never find true happiness.

if you read the scriptures and listen to it with your heart and mind ,you will understand that all what is written his for us in wait so that we may be saved and live ,
all is pointing out to Gods will ,you may ask any question in scriptures ,it always comes back to the will of God, see ,what was Adam punished for ? the braking of Gods command,
why was Noah saved ?for obeying Gods command,
when the nation of Israel was blessed ,why were they bless ? because they follow Gods command ,
when Christ came what was the message ? return to God and obey his will ,
what was the message from the apostles ? learn to do Gods will and so be saved ,
is there any change today ? NO,same message same faith we all stand before God ,and time is running out fast,
It is with God that we have to deal with ,not with men organizations of false religion ,so go to God and repent of your ways embrace his will and live.

Regarding the law and the commandments.
They are not done away with because sin is still present.
But for those who are under the law of love, and love God with all their being, and love mankind as they love themselves, then they are not subject to the law that was made for the sinner, unless they stray into that territory of course.
A bit like the law of gravity. It can be superseded by Aerodynamics, but once Aerodynamics is no longer in play, gravity will force the plane to drop out of the sky.

if any one thinks that he can save himself without this ::

Jn 14:23 Jesus replied, “If anyone loves me, he WILL OBEY my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. AS WE ALL CAN UNDERSTAND THIS IS A CONDITIONAL ARRANGMENT

Jn 14:24 He who does NOT love me will NOT obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.GOD HIS PATIENT UNTIL IT IS OVER

Jas 4:7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas 4:8 Come near to God and he will come near to you.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SUBMIT OUR SELF TO GOD ? JUST LET GODS WORD GO TO YOUR HEART AND FOLLOW IT
