    Your question re, the remnant.
They are the israelites, from generation to generation, that God had chosen according to his choice(rom.11:1–8.).
    See also 1kings19:18. Jer.23;3. 31;15–17. ez.ch.37.

    if you understand what Paul is saying then you will not be deceived;RO 9:27 Isaiah cries out concerning Israel, “THOUGH THE NUMBER OF THE SONS OF ISRAEL BE LIKE THE SAND OF THE SEA, IT IS THE REMNANT THAT WILL BE SAVED;
RO 11:5 In the same way then, there has also come to be at the present time a remnant according to God’s gracious choice.

the remnants are the little flock the 144k those who loved God above their own lives, and the great crowed are those who have chosen to be servants in the house of God,they also are the remnant of men (all have part in the first resurrection)

    Hi Pierre.

Jer31:15–17. is about Rachel(jacobs wife)crying for her children are no more. These are the children killed during the days christ was born. They will be brought back also.
and they have never known christ; and also all the remnant chosen by God befoere christ;they have never known christ: all the remnant of israel will have a chance to know christ in the 1000yrs.

Did you read Ez. ch37? all the dry bones brought back to life?
This is israel chosen remnant brought back to live.

Regarding the 144000.these will be alive at the coming;infact they are alive today, because they will be sealed before the first trumpet sounds. who are they? see john 6:27.

Hi Wake-up, keep asking questions, that's how we all learn!

The language in both of these cases is clearly “Spiritual”!
Rev.16:19 is about “Mystery Babylon”. (see Rev.17:5)
And Rev.19:11-15 talks about a flying horseman
with a sharp sword coming out of his mouth.

    Hi Pierre

Regarding the scriptures Wakeup gave you,
Jeremiah chapter 31 is talking about Israel during the millennium when Christ rules from there.

the verse just before Jeremiah 31
Jeremiah 30:23 Behold, the whirlwind of the Lord goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked.

Jeremiah 30:24 The fierce anger of the LORD shall not return, UNTIL HE HATH DONE IT, and UNTIL he have PERFORMED the intents of his heart: in the LATTER DAYS ye shall consider it.

Do we agree that the fierce anger of the Lord is during the 7 trumpets as spoken of in Revelations?. He will pour his wrath out on Babylon the Great.

Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Rev 18:5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God has REMEMBERED HER INIQUITIES.

Rev 18:6 REWARD HER even as she rewarded you, and DOUBLE unto her DOUBLE ACCORDING TO HER WORKS: in the cup which she has filled, FILL TO HER DOUBLE.

Rev 18:7 How much she has GLORIFIED HERSELF, and lived deliciously, so much TORMENT and SORROW give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit as a queen, and am no widow and shall see no sorrow.

Rev 18:8 Therefore shall her PLAGUES come in one day, DEATH, and MOURNING, and FAMINE; and shall shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who JUDGETH HER.

So now we see the above is talking about God's anger and his wrath…. to get more clarification that the kingdom will be ruled from Israel, go one verse down from Jeremiah 30:24

Jeremiah 31:1 AT THE SAME TIME, saith the Lord, will I be the God of all the FAMILIES OF ISRAEL, and they shall be MY PEOPLE.

You are aware that Israel will be attacked and there will be that great war there, just before Christ returns? So read on to the next verse

Jeremiah 31:2 Thus saith the Lord, The people which were LEFT OF THE SWORD found grace in the wilderness; EVEN ISRAEL, when I went to cause him to rest.

This is the remnant of Israel, those that survived that great war

Jeremiah 31:3The Lord has appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an EVERLASTING LOVE: therefore with loving kindness have I drawn thee.

God is talking to ISRAEL here.

Jeremiah 31:4 AGAIN, I will BUILD thee, and THOU SHALT BE BUILT, O virgin of ISRAEL: thou shalt AGAIN be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry

There is going to be rejoicing here, and Israel will be built AGAIN.This is the rest period.

Jeremiah 31:7 For thus saith the Lord; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and SHOUT among the CHIEF of the NATIONS: PUBLISH ye, praise ye, and say, O Lord, SAVE THY PEOPLE, the REMNANT of ISRAEL.

This is going to be published amongst all the nations, what the Lord did for them. Big news.

Jeremiah 31:8 Behold, I will bring them from the North Country, and GATHER THEM from the coasts of the earth, and with them the blind and the lame, the woman with child and her that travaileth with child together: a GREAT COMPANY shall RETURN thither.

Jeremiah 31:9 They shall come with WEEPING, and with supplications will I LEAD THEM: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a STRAIGHT WAY, wherein they shall NOT STUMBLE: for I AM A FATHER to ISRAEL, and Ephraim is my firstborn.

Ephraim are the saint's. Spiritual Israel. Firstborn of the dead, after Christ, who have changed to spirit. They will be there in the kingdom r
    uling with Christ.

Jeremiah 31:10 Hear the Word of the Lord, O ye nations, and DECLARE it in the isles AFAR OFF, and SAY, He that scattered ISRAEL will GATHER HIM, and KEEP HIM, as a SHEPHERD DOTH HIS FLOCK.

can you see the picture a bit clearer now Pierre?

    I will continue next post.

Luke 8:5-11 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed,
some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it.
6 And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture.
7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it.
8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold.
And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?
10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but
to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.
11 Now the parable is this: The seed is “The Word” of God.

    Hi Wake-up,

And all the kings of the north, far and near, one with another, and all the kingdoms of the world,
which are upon the face of the earth: and the king of Sheshach shall drink after them. (Jer.25:26)

I would like YOU to consider Rev 11:15 and Zech 4:6.

“The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our LORD(YHVH),
and of his Christ(Jesus); and he shall reign for ever and ever.” (Rev 11:15)
This is NOT accomplished by force! Look closely at what Zech 4:6 says…

Zech 4:6 This is “The Word” of YHVH unto Zerubbabel(coming out of Babylon), saying,

Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the “LORD of Hosts”(=151).

    God bless

Jeremiah 31:9   They shall come with WEEPING, and with supplications will I LEAD THEM:  I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a STRAIGHT WAY, wherein they shall NOT STUMBLE:  for
I AM A FATHER to ISRAEL, and Ephraim is my firstborn.

Ephraim are the saint's.  Spiritual Israel.  Firstborn of the dead, after Christ, who have changed to spirit. They will be there in the kingdom ruling with Christ.

    Pierre

Wakeup now mentions Rahel crying for her children.

Jeremiah 31:15 Thus saith the LORD: A voice was heard in RAMAH, lamentation, and bitter weeping; Rahel weeping her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they were not.

When Jesus was born, Herod killed all the baby boys under 2 years. Rahel was one of the mothers whose boys got killed. Ramah is Bethlehem.

Jeremiah 31:16 Thus saith the Lord; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the Lord: and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

Jeremiah 31:17 And there is hope in thine end, saith the Lord, that thy children shall come again to their own border.

So the Lord is telling us that Rahel, need not cry anymore, for the Lord will bring back her children to the kingdom, into their own border (Israel) and they shall come again from the land of the enemy (death). Rahel and her children are obviously one of the remnant that get raised up into flesh.

So Wakeup is showing you that Rahel are one of these as mentioned in Ezekiel 37

Ezekiel 37:12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O MY PEOPLE, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of ISRAEL

Ekekiel 37:13 And ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I have OPENED YOUR GRAVES, O MY PEOPLE, and brought you up OUT OF YOUR GRAVES.

Ezekiel 37:14And shall put MY SPIRIT in YOU, and YE shall LIVE, and I shall PLACE YOU in your OWN LAND: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord.

This 1000 year period will be the FIRST DOMINION. Christ will be ruling. Then Christ will hand his kingdom back to his Father, after his work is done, and the Father will take over. This will be the SECOND DOMINION. God with us.

    Pierre,

When Christ came the first time, he did not come to judge, but to give light. That is true and is what the scriptures state.

The second coming will be to judge, and with all power. But it will not be the final judgement, it will be the judgment on Babylon the Great. On all those who are alive at the time of his coming.

The final judgement will be after the 1000 years. The wicked will be thrown into the lake of fire then, whereas only the beast and the false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire at Christ's second coming. Not the rest. Not then…but later after the millennium.

The separation is taking place, I agree, for Christ will collect and gather all that belongs to him on his return.
