The scarlet beast does not come out of the sea;because:

The scarlet beast is satan himself with the 7 heads(his 7 world empires)(7heads). the scarlet beast is NOT AN EMPIRE,but picturing SATAN himself.

The dreadful beast in Dan.7:7 has 10 horns on his head,and the a little horn came up AFTER.

The head that was wounded in rev13:1.2. has the power of satan.

And the beast that came out of the earth(verse.11.), came out AFTER the wounded beast, he is the same little horn; he will come with the power of satan,not his own power(Dan.8:24.).

Why did God picture the little horn as a beast with 2 horns? one can get confused.Yes; but dont get confused.

Because this little horn is a deadly beast,he comes only to kill as many.(the rider of the pale horse in rev.6:8).is also him.

Why 2 horns? Because he will be king of the secular world(politics'; and also king of the spiritual world.
He will be in control of both.

He will control the population with his number.
He will make war with the lamb.(prince of princess).
He and his 10 horned empire,will be cast in the fire.(rev19:20).

Yes,the wounded head(7th) is the END TIME roman empire: the BRITISH EMPIRE(today ruling the world).
And the 8th. is coming from this one. and the 2 horned beast (son of satan)will be the king of the world. (false prophet).With spiritual powers of satan.

what I try to say to you ,is that call anyone THE SON OF SATAN as no direction ,because either you are Gods offspring or the offspring of the opposition what means of Satan ,that's mean the all what is not of God is of Satan right yes

so wen scriptures talk about one ,you also have to understand that it talks about the other,but in the opposite direction,

All the beast are of Satan ,so was Nebut. but what is it that God does with all of them why are those beast even mention into Gods word if not for the righteous ,is not the righteous out of this world ? the righteous has no part in this world ,so why all those details in what going or will to be happen
