The book of Daniel is indeed is very important in understanding end time theology.
There is only “one Israel of God” in these end times, those who believe that Jesus is the Messiah and make him their Lord. We gentiles were grafted into the vine, and they, of the nation of Israel, who believe will be grafted into this same vine or church. There is only one body of Christ.
The above is in reference to repalcement theology.

king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.Daniel saw the vision *two yrs* before* Belshazzar was conquered by, Darius king of the Medes.
On the night of the writings on the wall.(3rd yr of his rule).
Babylon is **no more**.*All* interpret the lion with the wings as *BABYLON*.
This is the beginning of error in interpretation.
From here on,all went wrong.1.The Lion with wings is king Darius the Mede.
2.The Bear,is Cyrus king of Persia.
The Ram with 2 horns are Darius and Cyrus.(Ch.8).
3.The Leopard,is greece.(the goat with one horn).
4.The legs of *IRON* is old Rome.
5. The feet *IRON* mixed with clay is still Rome.(end time rome).(its here now).
6.The toes *IRON*mixed with clay;is the very END OF Rome. (its on its way here now).
See verse 7.In verse 7. The dreadful beast with the 10 horns, and a little horn with eyes and mouth is still Rome, but end time Rome.
See verse 11. He is cast into the fire.(rev.19:20).The beast and the little horn(false proph) cast into the fire,at the coming.
wakeup.
